While I had a good experience, it was very basic and missed the mark on luxury for me. I used Disney transportation to get to the spa and it took almost 2 hours to get from my resort (Pop Century) to the spa - allow plenty of time to get there! I thought the spa was hard to find. There's not a lot of signage and it is not inside the resort. You will need to walk outside to the separate spa building. The Cast Members were all wonderful. I was given an in-depth tour of the facilities and left to change into the comfiest robe ever. Unfortunately, there were no seats available in the lounge so I had to stand until post-service guests left. There were lots of people talking loudly or even taking phone calls inside the locker room which detracted from the experience. My massage was $200 plus tip for 50 minutes. I thought this was pretty expensive and I was disappointed that it was not a very luxurious experience. The lotion used was ice cold and my therapist was a little loose with the draping which sometimes made me feel very exposed. The massage itself was nice, with good pressure, but I thought it was on the same level as what I get at my local spa for $85. Overall, this was just an okay experience and not a great value. I don't think I'd come back again, but I'm glad I tried it out.

We got the deluxe volcano pedicures which come with a nice sugar scrub. The massage chairs were top notch. I highly recommend them.

I had to be at work soon, so whatever i knew I would contact Venmo and handle it- so I pay NOW with my bank card and that worked as well. So I was charged twice. Because he did say sometimes Venmo will say pending and not complete, and I agree this does happen but I knew they were being scammy. So contacted Venmo and here is this review. Just careful with this place. I'm still trying to get my money back. I also screenshotted both successful transactions, so if anyone wants to lie I have the proof. It sucks because my eyebrows did look really good but I much prefer to take my business somewhere else where they don't scam.
