That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

Came to this place even though they charged me double the money than at other salons because I saw it had good reviews and references. Clearly it was a mistake. My baby since he got back from the groomer doesn't stop shaking his head and scratching one ear like it bothers him. I was very clear and detailed regarding the grooming including his ears, but he came back with his ears FULL of hair and very dirty. I'm very disappointed. I hope my dog doesn't develop an ear infection, which he has never had.

They have a well-maintained, clean and sanitary facility. The staff has been especially nice and helpful. Because of COVID, they come to my car to pick up Annie. She is sooo happy to see them and she flies into their arms. I can tell she loves coming to Woof's. They give me a report and send me photos so I can watch her progress. I think they truly love the dogs that come to Woof's. The building is easily accessible and there are plenty of parking spaces. I could not be happier with Woof's.
