Sonja educated me about what my options were in various assisted living levels, as well as what aspects in a facility I should be considering. She even helped me plan a driving route for my site visits and set up appointments. A few sites were surprised by my visit, so there is an opportunity to better confirm appointments, but I suspect that the disconnect was at a facility, not at Eldercare.
