Then they tried to blame it on me, and gaslight me that the before pictures showed "exposed wiring" when they clearly didn't. Then in the process of coming back to "fix" the job I was told he was going to leave my property to get a part and Come back later. No. Instead he pretended to leave, and when I went back into my house, snuck back and did unauthorized work. I also had to tell the guy to stop touching me repeatedly. The owner of the company said to me clearly that he thinks it's just fine and dandy for his employees to be touching customers. And I'm a man. I wouldn't let this guy in my house if I was a woman with that attitude. His "manager" also thinks it's ok to bully customers in the phone and mock disabilities. I have all of this documented on my RING camera too.
