Run! This place is horrible! We were referred by our dental office wish kids which we love. I found out later the same person owns both. We signed a contact for braces and set up a payment plan without being told they are only in office 2 DAYS a Month!!!!!!! The two days a week are the third week which falls on fall break, spring break, last week of school and other important dates. They offer no other options such as going to a different office. You are forced into skipping a month of treatment and pushing out the end date. The office when they answer are no help and tell you to deal with it. We also got dental insurance which took me 12 follow up calls to get them to finally process our ortho claim 3 month after the first call! We looked at changing orthodontist and were told we would have to pay to take off the excising set and start over costing an additional $4000. We have had to cut our losses and continue with treatment. I will be so happy when we are done dealing with this joke of an orthodontist office! Please look anywhere else to avoid all these issues. read more

Horrible! I took off work early to make my appointment, arrived early for appointment. Front Office girls had us re-do the intake that we completed online. We used this place for many years but they had us redo intake twice. We verified insurance on phone and they still "had to" verify yet again making us wait for OVER and hour! Finally took us back got xrays & waited AGAIN for Dentist while she was in break room on her cell phone! The Dentist wouldn't see us because we got upset at all the waiting! Really she was embarrassed for getting caught being on her cell while making patient wait! Horrible unprofessional people! Front desk girls have ZERO clue what they are doing! read more

The staff is super nice awesome I really like the atmosphere when I come here. They are great with my kids and always friendly. Please visit here if your in the area. We have been coming to Absolute smile in NRH since 2012. I absolutely love this dentist office Myself and my 2 children come here. The staff is awesome and they are always celebrating a holiday or a birthday so spirits are always high when we come. And it's the same staff so no high turn over. I highly recommend this dentist office! And they are great at squeezing you in when an emergency happens. read more

The worst dentist place ever. All they do is take your money. I was told I had to pay $800 for my root canal then I go up to the dentist and they proceed to say " it's $900" so respectfully I pay. As soon as they are about to start on me they tell me I need a crown. And that it is $800 after I already payed they never mentioned anything about having to pay more for something to complete my root canal.and they waited until I payed and got into the room to tell me I also have to pay $800. read more

Ive been to this location multiple times with my children for their appointments. Every single time they blow me away. If we are there long they are Giving out water bottles, and snacks. They go out of their way to have the kids feel comfortable. Today I went in to get my daughters tooth pulled and they gave out full presents to the every kid. A full barbie and a music box. For all of you who don't like seeing a dentist, this one you'll be glad you did !! Great service, they extracted a wisdom tooth which they said was extremely difficult and many dentists would have chickened out sending me to an oral surgeon costing ten times the amount. She actually undercharged me due to a minor clerical error and honored the cost - despite taking far longer than usual due to the complexity of this troublesome tooth. I'm soooooooooo grateful for their work, their professionalism and way they worked with me - and this came about due to their current special for free exam and X rays to find the problem tooth. My children and I have been patients of Absolute Smile for approximately 3yrs. We initialy started coming here bc of location and hours. I mean Saturday appointments. Who can beat that?! But the hours and location aren't the only benefits of this dentistry. They are completely kid friendly and the staff is amazing. My mom has worked for dentist and orthodontists my entire life, so taking care of my teeth has kind of been drilled in my brain. I recently had an unpleasant experience involving my teeth, I was shocked, scared and pretty embarrassed, but the Dr. and staff (mainly Victoria and Dr. Nguyen) were extremely compassionate and caring of what I was dealing with. I would recommend this office to everyone, they are kid friendly, professional, treat us like family, open Saturdays, fast and efficient. I trust them with my children.
