I went here with my two sisters, and honestly none of us had a good experience with the dentist. Even though we were the only patients in the clinic, it still felt like the care wasn't very careful or focused. The dentist gave us a very quick explanation before the procedures, but didn't really go into detail. I'm 18 and wasn't told I'd be getting a numbing injection until the dentist pulled it out and gave it to me. While he was working with my teeth, it felt like he was poking my gums, which hurt and didn't feel right. He was pretty rough with all of us, and it made us really uncomfortable. My youngest sister had a tooth removed, and they accidentally dropped the tooth into her mouth. She said she almost swallowed it. That's not okay at all. The whole time with me and my sisters, both the dentist and his assistant were just talking to each other about their personal lives, which felt very unprofessional and made it seem like they weren't fully focused on what they were doing. Had a very bad experience at another dental office ie(Brident dental) Grand prairie. I called Real Dental same day and they were able to get me in following day. From the moment they took my call and arrived they took care of all my needs alongside my son and offered me the best for my buck and usage of my dental coverage. Woah! This office is brand new and so clean and well decorated! I used to go to Dr. Duong at Sunny Dental in Lancaster. His new office in Grand Prairie is much more convenient from my office and commute. Dr. Duong is the best dentist, he is kind and caring. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything that he is doing and makes me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I am always very nervous when I go to the dentist, but he always calms me! I got my teeth cleaned and had a small cavity that I got filled. Dr. Duong is so quick and gentle that I did not feel the filling at all.
