My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

The team at Emser is friendly, they know their products, and they are always trustworthy of me taking away samples to assess with my space/lighting prior to purchase. Everything I have asked about was custom order so make sure you leave enough time from when you order to when you need it. I agree with another review that the line/wait can get long. The plus side to this is if you are the customer they are directly working with, they spend the time and energy to answer questions, check stock, and get you on your way with what you need. The service is excellent once you wait like everyone else, don't be in a hurry when you come here. They care, this is why they won't (or I haven't experienced) rush you away. When you are waiting for someone to help, take a spin around the showroom, there are some beautiful options. You can also call and ask questions too. My phone interactions have always been great and I often lean towards a phone call and then a visit to see/get samples. The grout sample "kit" (not sure what to call it) is the best option out there when trying to decide on a grout color.

When wet, this paint immediately began to flake off. This requires that the defective product be removed and replaced. Again, in writing they told me they would take care of it, even requesting my home address and contacting a contractor for a quote on the repair. After 4 months of back and forth with them, my last communication with them was not answered. I have no choice but to seek remedy in small claims court and have already embarked on that process. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company as they appear to have low regard for product quality, reputation or customer service.
