Awful business practice! 1. Set up auto pay for my insurance 2. Never got charged. Called to inquire about why I was not charged to find out my insurance was cancelled for non payment. WHAT??? 3. Paid in full right away, set up auto pay again, and same thing again no charge...unbelievable. Called, got fed up and paid insurance 6 month in advance. 4. Received a collection phone call for an unpaid balance for insurance I have never even heard of. 5. Called the owner of Absolute Value to inquire as to why I didnt even get a notice of anything and placed for collections. He told me he fired the broker working with me, will call me in 10 min, and havent heard from him since. Called several times and now he is out of the office for 2 weeks! So many better ways to purchase insurance than with this unorganized and unprofessional company. read more

I did not get insurance through Serafina but that is why she gets 5 stars. I was looking for cheaper health insurance for my kids, the only issue was that their pediatrician only accepted PPO plans. So she went over all of my options which was very little and at the end the cheapest insurance was the one i already have. The fact that i didn't get insurance and kept my own goes to shows her character and that deserves 5 stars. read more
