a food truck parked on the side of the road

I'm actually really surprised at how bad the service and food was. I've been to multiple Abu Omar trucks and they're usually delicious! So when I saw a new location right by my house I was very excited!!! My husband spoke to the man so the service is based on his point of view. He said the guy in the truck completely ignored him until another guy was coming up. It really ticked my husband off because he was just standing there to help. The good didn't take long to get. The fries were fresh and delicious! Hot and had seasoning. It was my beef shawarma that let me down. I don't know what happened but the flavor was off. Nothing like the other trucks. It wasn't grilled as hard as usual it just wasn't good. I had two bites and I was done. I hope it's only because they're new I might try again but idk

Burn the styrofoam. And four small pieces of falafel for $5.

Got lunch there. The food was NASTY!! I was craving for some Middle Eastern food and found this place. Ordered: -Beef Rice Bowl: tons of rice that was too salty and so mushy. The beef was so dry. The sauce tasted weird. - Lamp Rice Bowl: same as above. Lamb didn't taste like lamb, just some dry salty meat texture pieces of something. Yuk! - Beef Kabob sandwich: it was nothing more than some processed beef cut in strip with sauce and some lettuce wrap. I don't know how could they messed up this simple dish but they sure f*ed it up. Came with fries and you could taste the old oil they used to fry the fries in. Yuk - the falafel order: $5 for 4 tiny pieces! They threw it in the styrofoam container and melted container. - Also, a large fries for $5? The fries were greasy, and they probably used old oil. You could have gotten McD fries for less and taste better. Total price: around $50! What a freaking rib off for nasty to go food from a food truck. I gave this 1 star but really zero star would be appropriate.

Ok soooo when I pulled in I thought I was rolling up to a BBQ place, turns out it was Indian, but…read moreI'm always down for some good Indian food! And constantly searching for a good Samosa ( that's why they got three stars, but we'll get back to that part) My order consisted of Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan (rice or naan are a separate order item) and one order of Samosas (good call on my part) The naan was very tough and quite chewy which was a great disappointment, but the bigger disappointment was the Butter Chicken. The very first piece was pure gristle and honestly it tasted more like Chicken Boti. I tried several more bites to make sure it wasn't just a one off.... It wasn't sadly. Now the reason for the three stars the Samosas..... Big, Giant, puffs of heaven! You may not be able to tell from the pic (be happy y'all got one cause as anyone who reads my food reviews know, I rarely get food pics cause I'm digging in before the server has gotten their hand completely out of the way, usually) these Samosas took up my whole palm! I ordered the plain ones ie: no meat and the my were stuffed and had the perfect amount of spicy heat. I will absolutely be going back just for those! The gentleman taking my order was very kind and polite. And the inside was set up to receive small parties as well as large ones. They also have a buffet area set up although I do not know when those times are.
