I had a great meat and veggie rice portion that I couldn't finish my bowl. The chipotle aioli sauce was a great dressing to add to this bowl. I saw an ad for the Cookie Butter Milkshake that Pincho is only offering, it said, for a limited time. So after a festival near by, we stopped by for lunch. We were all hungry, but all of us are unfortunately on different food restrictions, but Pincho did not let us down. In addition to the delicious, creamy, sweet and smooth Cookie Butter milkshake, their Latin bowl, their 305 bowl and their smash burger and fries served deliciousness! The customer service was welcoming and ready to serve. They even brought our milkshakes first.....THEN utensils and our delicious food served hot and fresh. I've had three different incidents with a certain manager, and the third was the nail in the coffin for Pincho. We no longer eat here because of her. This was my first time at the cypress location so I knew I was in for a treat. I ordered the bacon magic truffle burger and added the fried cheese with a side of Cajun fries. Also ordered a build your own plate with the steak Kebob, beans and rice and sweet potato tots. Ordering online was easy and my food was ready when promised. I had just come from the gym so some of the Cajun fries were eaten before I made it home. Sorry not sorry. The burger was delicious and my husband enjoyed his meal too. I'm a huge fan of the cilantro sauce and that paired well the onions and cheese. The potato sticks add a nice unique touch of crunchiness to the burger. Loved it! My friend had the black magic burger sans the Swiss cheese and said it was possibly the best burger he's ever had. The cajun fries were ok, but somewhat overpriced at almost $5. Like the pincho, which = skewers, these were tender, juicy and not crazy spiced up. You dont need any sauce for these. They sell beers and wine, along with some teas and regular sodas. This place just opened recently and I've been for lunch twice already. Their staff is great and the atmosphere is simple and fast. The food is so yummy. A bit on the pricey side and all al a carte which can make your lunch total feel like quite a bit. I ordered the vaca Frits bowl and it was good on its own but the cilantro salsa was the kicker! So so good and like I said, I have had it twice already. My coworker had the chicken kabob plate and she loved it. The rice is really perfect and well made. Trying their burger today. 8.26.23 We tried the burgers and fries today. Sadly we did not like them. I ordered a "hamburger" & fries. My hubby ordered a cheeseburger & fries. My burger had lettuce, onions & American cheese on it. Ugh. I don't like American cheese on my burgers. The meat had too much seasoning on it. My hubby's "cheeseburger" had nothing on it-just cheese. No lettuce,tomato or onions. Just meat, bread and cheese. Oh and way too much seasoning on the meat. It made the meat taste like a salt burger. We found it weird that his cheeseburger had nothing on it but they said that's the way it comes. We will not be ordering this again. The service was also very bad. Pincho is a successful burger chain in Miami, Florida, and it is planning a major expansion into Houston, so this is the first of six Pincho restaurants planned for Houston. I was able to sample several of their signature dishes and there are a couple of real gems that deserve checking out, particularly some unique sides. I want to complement them for their burger buns, which are freshly baked Brioche-type bread far superior to that at a typical fast-food place. This is an excellent foundation for a burger. The Bacon Me Gouda burger was flavorful with the right amount of balance between the central beef patty and the supporting condiments. Highly recommended. The Birria burger seemed identical to the Hopdoddy Birria, and I couldn't tell which was better. The fried cheese was also better than most. People on Keto can have a great meal with the fried cheese and the meat kabobs, and throw in a salad, essentially no carbs at all. At the other end of the spectrum, the sweet potato tots served with apple butter are almost a dessert dish. -- little balls of sweet potato pie. Delightful. So, the Food was 5 Stars. This is an Order at the counter, pour-your-own-drink sort of "fast-casual" place with fast food-type hard seating designed to encourage you to eat and leave. Small footprint and is a little noisy. That was completely average. I had no problems with the service--the staff was freshly trained and seemed happy to be there. Worth checking out! read more

This place is across from my job so of course I wanted to try them since they opened. A friend and I went for lunch Friday. When walking in I was surprised of the layout and how small it is. This is only in comparison to other restaurants within the strip. The place has a relaxing vibe. They were understaffed but the young lady at the counter did not let that affect her or the service she was providing. Both of our burgers were really good and well seasoned but they were not hot only room temperature. My cajun fries were room temperature as well and the seasoning did not really stick to the fries. My friends sweet potato tots were nice and hot. Both came with a dipping sauce which was nice since I don't like ketchup. All in all I plan to go back but with hopes that my burger will be hot. read more

Fries: The fries came out basically cold. The manager or owner came by to ask how the food was, so I let him know the fries were cold. He brought me a new one! The seasoned fries were good. Maybe ask when you order for fresh fries and that you don't mind waiting. The kids cheeseburger meal comes with a juice OR fries. The drink was a small juice box. The place is small- maybe 8 tables. The fries were average, the dipping sauce was just ok, the burgers were just ok. The meat was great but the sauce just wasn't for me or my husband. In my mind I was thinking just having a meat patty and nothing else if I were to order a burger again. Now, we did try a beef kabob and that was amazing!!! I would go back for the kabob and to try the chicken next time! The drink station was clean and had great selection of soda pop and non bubbly drinks (teas and lemonades). Ambiance: Visited after a small group event the other day and was greeted, given details on the menu as this was our first time. Order: Chicken Kabob plate & Vaca Frita Bowl: Both dishes were great and you can tell they take their time with the prepping phase. Delicious food and very nice staff! I usually like to go here for my lunch breaks and I always order online. My go-to order is the chicken skewer plate with rice & beans and fries! It comes with a piece of naan as well. My boyfriend likes to get the perfecto burger. Both meals are always delicious. I never have any complaints, the food is always hot when I pick it up, and always tastes so good! I will say though that their burgers are on the pricier side when compared to the amount that you get, but it is filling so I think it balances out. I recently tried the steak skewer and it was the softest steak I've ever had. It is cooked to a perfect medium rare and tastes phenomenal. Give this place a try! 10/10! read more

The sauce was forgotten, along with the Apple Butter that was meant to come with the Sweet Potato Tots. On the other hand, the Sweet Potato Tots were pretty good and worth ordering. I really enjoyed the Cajun Fries, the seasoning has the perfect little kick and they're fried nicely. the type of fry you'd want seconds of.
