And as always, the folks were friendly and super-helpful! Besides that damn credit card minimum, I see not one negative about this place. You'd think it wouldn't be hard to rack up a hefty price tag with all their awesome poultry products, but everything is so cheap it's crazy! We got 3lb of chicken tenders to marinate for kabobs and 4 beer brats, which just got us over the $10 min. Let me just say the brats alone were worth $10 in taste alone and I'm definitely coming back for the burgers and breakfast sausages! The tenders were perfectly trimmed, mild and... well, tender! I typically pound out chicken a little but with these it wasn't needed. Kaufmann, you have my poultry business for life!

Have you ever had chicken sausage where you bite into a piece and you can not chew it. Totally disgusting. This never happens here. I sometimes buy the spicy Italian in bulk and make a huge pot of spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and San Marzano tomatoes. The other poultry products are very good. The chicken appears really fresh and is pretty tasty. They also have really friendly customer service. Places like this make it almost impossible to go vegetarian! They even have rabbit meat. I have always wanted to try it! Does it taste like chicken?
