My nephews truck broke down, your driver/serviceman came out to get it started. Never in all of my time that I used AAA have I had the service that your technician gave, he went out of his way to help with everything in getting it running again, though it wouldn't start he did not give up and it was 20 degrees outside, so it had to be towed home, my nephew had just came back from Chicago when it broke down, he had all of his things in the service truck, when he had the truck dropped off at home we thanked the serviceman for all he did and he left, my nephew notice he lost his phone we looked everywhere but couldn't find it, I call your serviceman to see if it was left in the tow truck and it was, he went out of his way to bring it back, I called AAA and I am making this post because we need more people like him and your company nowadays, I will always request your company in the future if needed, as a company your should count yourself grateful that you have an employee like him, there's not that many anymore. Justin did a great job! He was very kind. He was very confident in his abilities to get the job done. He was professional in getting the job at hand done. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation and his kindness helped to calm me down. We had a nice conversation on the long drive. I was almost 2 hours from home. My truck was very secure. We both arrived home safely without incident. I am really grateful for Justin. He was very careful with the truck. I had a long wait, but they made sure I was in a safe place. Justin actually passed by where I was located with another vehicle on the roll back. So I understood the wait. I have no issues nor complaints with the service I received. My car hit a huge pothole on the freeway and both right side tires were blown. Cooper Towing was called by my insurance company and they arrived within a short time. They called me when they were on their way admonishing me to stay in the car with my doors locked. The driver described his truck, so I would know it was him when he arrived. He took me to my car dealership which was closed because it was after hours. He gave me the name of a cab company he recommended and told me if I had any problems while waiting I could call 911 to report it and I could also call him on his own personal phone and he would help me if he was able. VEHICLE TOWED TO INCORRECT LOCATION - Won? Lon? Cooper's tow driver was apparently drunk when he left my car at the wrong location. He called on his way to leave a voicemail then left the vehicle at the incorrect address and left. Cooper's 'prez' called me to ask the difference of where they dropped the car (??????) to the correct location it was originally supposed to be taken. This place is run like a joke - the employees even resort to threatening customers about revoking memberships from companies they don't work for..... buncha incel Donkeys. Worst towing company in STL area. My car was towed and the driver left the damn driverside window down when he unhooked it, didn't care to put it back up and it rained that night. Rust damage in the interior not to mention sitting water and a complete mess. Cooper's has refused to take care of the problem their driver caused and I've had to file an insurance claim. Getting a tow is already a headache, if you wanna make it more stressful and pay for it - go with Coopers for regret. Who puts a window down while towing a car and leaves it down afterward? Coopers. My car had to be towed because it had been running hot and the tow trucker driver asked me what was wrong with it and when I told him he said pop your hood. He looked at my reservoir and showed me a bunch of caked up goo that I didn't know was there and told me that could be the problem... long story short that was the problem but this guy I think his name tag said Don or Donald was nice professional and informative and I appreciate him taking the extra step to even look under my hood. read more

The St Louis area was hit by a big snow storm. Lots of people were calling for tows. I needed to help a friend out and I took the corner not sharp enough I got stuck in a ditch. My truck had a flat tire and it was extremely hot outside. I have COPD and it is was very hard for me to breathe in this kind of weather.
