They gave us an estimate to install two chimney liners and explained what would be involved. So far so good. Later they left a voicemail with their estimated price. I called back and left a message saying the price was agreeable to us and could we schedule the work? I called two or three more times over the next month and left similar messages. There was no response. I gave up phoned an outfit recommended by my furnace service person, He came and looked the situation over and gave a similar estimate. We approved the estimate and the work has been done.. In talking to him, he said that business is taking off with people buying old houses and moving to Maine in droves, ? I get it: The Chimney Guys are busy or have some other problem, but a simple would have been the courteous move to make.
