After receiving multiple services here, I recently discovered -- only because my HSA required verification -- that I was overcharged on several visits (approximately 4-5 separate services). This was never brought to my attention by the office, and I would not have known if my HSA had not flagged the transaction. When I looked into the charges more closely and compared them with my insurance Explanation of Benefits, the amounts did not match what I should have been responsible for. This raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and transparency. Patients should be able to trust that they are being charged correctly, especially when dealing with in-network providers. It's extremely frustrating and stressful to have to catch these discrepancies on your own. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this office carefully review their bills and insurance statements. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this practice.

However, the 2nd visit wasn't…read more The doctor misplaced a bracket on my lower front tooth and it started erupting and that is not reversible. Fast forward a year later I get my braces off. The guy that was removing the cement hurt me badly. I was in so much pain and it felt like he was burning my teeth with the drill. I was in tears. He was cursing and kept telling me to be still. It hurt! Finally the Doctor came in and finished removing the cement from my teeth. They didn't polish my teeth before I left and my teeth feel like sandpaper. I do not recommend this office for braces.
