I would compare what they offer to Starbucks, Juan Valdez, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or Tim Horton's. I personally enjoyed D'Volada more than most of these mentioned. I don't enjoy the dark roast coffee (which they do offer), so I was glad to find they also have a great medium roast. Their prices are definitely much better. I mean, why does a simple cup of coffee have to cost $4??? Here prices are much more reasonable. They offer American style coffee, specialty coffees, frappes, cappuccino, expresso, lattes, as well as various teas and other drinks. I really enjoyed their chai latte. D'Volada also offers bagels and sandwiches. Check out their website for a complete menu. I thought the decor was especially noteworthy. Modern and classy. One wall has a mural. There are plenty of places to sit and chat with friends or to take advantage of the free WiFi and get some work done. Or if you really are on the volada, you can always use the drive through. The two young men I saw working there were both very friendly, engaging and professional. Whenever I am in the Tijuana area I will be sure to visit D'Volada again.

Due to no seating area, we aet by our car (across the street) where we observed this guy constantly cleaning. Which im sure it can get sticky if not cleaned. The vendors we came across spoke some English and were very nice and friendly. We had a short rib sandwich that was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful with cheese, avocado, tomato and lettuce on a crispy ciabatta-type roll. The crispy bread made the sandwich perfect. The Shrimp Ceviche was tasty, served with crispy corn tostadas, saltine crackers and limes. The Crab Fries were served with REAL crab on top and four dipping sauces.
