I was super excited when this place opened up. I've been a couple times since the store opened and everything was pretty good accept for the mango I paid extra for as a topping. Not ripe at all. Also, not sure how consistent they are as the first time I had a great ratio of Granola in my cup and the second time I had way to much granola. I really hate writing bad reviews. But literally every visit here is met with the worst customer service. My last visit consisted of me waiting more than half an hour for my bowl. Was pleasantly surprised by the polite and friendly greeting upon entering shop. Counter person Randy, patiently explained menu and made me really want to order something. I ordered the São Paulo. Was impressed that my take out order was packaged with a bag of ice to keep it cold. The Açaí bowl flavor was perfectly balanced of sweet and tart. Had a very professional look in presentation. I'm not sure if the owners only hire kids here? Which isn't bad but when out of the 2 times I have been here it has been horrible customer service. Even the manager of the store seems inexperienced and immature. I was first in line to order a bowl with my daughter and I'm not sure if it was her friends or boyfriend who had been in line behind us but it took almost half an hour to get our two small acai bowls when whoever she had helped behind us had gotten 3 bowls 10-15 mins before us. So unprofessional. The owners need to really need to consider who they let manage their business because it can really affect it. Not coming back again. read more

The açaí bowls can't compare to juju bar or banzai bowl but it is definitely better than juice it ups and jamba. It's a good place to go if you don't want to drive all the way out to the nearest açaí bowl place. The staff is really friendly and gave us samples of the bowls and even gave us leftovers of a smoothie he had made for my other friend. discovered this place recently and love it! their acai bowls taste amazing, fresh ingredients and toppings. the girl working there was super nice and attentive. fast service. prices are decent -on par with most other places that serve acai bowls. they also offer other brazilian treats like cheesy bread. Pretty average Acai for an above average price. I consider myself an Acai professional as I have tried every Acai place on the west coast (Nectar, Banzai, JujuBar, etc) and I was yet to be dissatisfied until now. The Acai was from a dispenser and not a blender which unfortunately didn't give me the clean and energetic post meal feeling that I usually get. However the bowls did come out fast but that may be considering the fact that It wasnt fresh. However the cafe was very clean and the customer service was fantastic which is why Im NOT giving 2 stars. Keep up the good customer service but buy a blender or two! read more

I have been to many açaí places throughout the years and was so excited to try one closer to home. I previously worked at Banzai bowls so I know what it takes to make a good bowl. The customer service here isn't bad however the bowl itself really lacks. I've been here a total of 3 times and am not impressed. This particular time I ordered the "madly mango." The blend was decent however the mango on top was literally GREEN and rock hard. I'm not usually picky with my fruit but this was just bad, and I couldn't even eat it. I informed one of the workers and she said they didn't have any riper mangoes. I don't think I will be returning here sadly. read more

And the best part is when they make the bowl, they place granola way at the bottom so you don't get stuck with eating just the frozen Acai. Love this place. Probably the worst Acai place I've ever been to. Me and my daughters were excited to finally try this place out. We always go to Juju Bar in Riverside but we wanted to try something closer. Not only was the Acai mix they use frozen, but the strawberries were literally such a gross texture I had to remove them off my bowl completely. But that's not even the worst part, the staff is so rude! The manager of the joint is literally so snobby and the teenagers they have working there are no better. Save your money and go to Juju bar. read more
