I've been eating açaí bowls for years now and I've tried Acai bowls from many different locations. I have to say that Acai Republic is my favorite place to enjoy an Acai bowl from. They use quality ingredients and you can see it in the vibrant colors inside your bowl. I love that they use quality ingredients unlike another local Acai business I've been to. Acai republic's bowls are filling and don't seem to use juices or other fillers to make more quantity out of a small amount of Acai base. I definitely recommend this place to any Acai bowl lover. The customer service is amazing! However, the Acai bowls are decent. They don't give you enough toppings for the Acai and they charge you extra for additional. It was $20 for two medium bowls. You pay the same for juju bar but you get more Acai and triple the amount of toppings. My bowl was decent, however my boyfriends bowl was way too thick. It seemed as if they didn't blend it. His was very icy and tart even though we ordered the same thing. They cut the toppings way too big and give you very little so they do not last long. I added strawberries to mine and paid extra, but it seemed as if they gave me less banana because I asked for strawberries. read more

I've tried this new location in Corona a few times. Being a vegetarian and more of a plant based eater, I was really looking forward to this place, especially because there are none like this ANYWHERE in Corona. My honest opinion is, they have been pretty inconsistent. Sometimes there's more acai mixture in the bowl versus toppings and vice versa, and sometimes the mixture is way too hard (frozen) and I think that takes away from the fresh fruit flavor. It would be nice to rely on the balance that is the beauty of acai bowls! I'm not especially fond of the acai mixture being pre-made either and (all mixtures) containing Guarana, which basically does nothing for the flavor but adds quite a but of caffeine. Because all the mixtures are all pre-made, you cant take this extra caffeine out. For some people this might be fine, but I think this should definitely be an option, especially for those who limit their caffeine intake. And lastly I wish they used more liquid gold (honey)! It creates such a nice juxtaposition between the tart fruit flavors and the sweet yummy honey-ness. I think as time goes on and if they get a little more personal with their customers that would definitely help! read more

The "blend" I wanted was out (Sao Paola) which was not a big deal so we tried a different açaí blend bowl (the Hawaiian). It was bland and icy, however the fruit was fresh and tasted okay which earned an extra star to the review. I've had several bowls from Banzai in Laguna and Bowlology in San Clemente. This bowl paled in comparison. No flavor and no rich texture. Even my daughter said she felt like all their bowls probably tasted the same. The price was high for the size and location (being Corona). Again, I will save my açaí cravings for Banzai Bowl or Bowlology. So disappointed! read more

So delish! First time I visited they were brand new and I wasn't wowed and thought my bowl was kind of skimpy. Now that they settled in I've been 3 times recently for Acai bowls. I've been craving Acai bowls lately so I've been a few places including Nekter and Juice It Up but I keep coming back to *Acai Republic. Right now they are my favorite hands down!! Their 'Hawaiian bowl' is my favorite. Lots of yummy coconut a good ratio of fruit. Today the employee even offered to pack it in Ice for me. Wow!! That was so thoughtful and so good too!! So keep it up Acai Republic we're in a good relationship now. I do get a medium which is pretty good sized but I feel at less than $8.00 that's comparable to the price of a small or standard size elsewhere. read more

A great Acai place in Corona! Service was very friendly and knowledgeable about any of my questions. I was curious like many about the guarana. Acai Republic uses it as a sweetener but takes out the caffeine, so their Acai bowls do not have added caffeine. They have gluten free granola as a substitute which I was happy about. Great little spot in the neighborhood! Super delicious bowls and smoothies. My go to is definitely "the Hawaiian" it's a blend of pineapple and Acai with strawberry and banana and topped with granola and shredded coconut. Very delicious and just a super light snack/meal. Today was the first day I stopped in. I have been looking for a good juice bar. I liked the atmosphere inside. Had surfing on the TV, some tables, and on the wall was the benefits of Acai. The Cali açaí bowl that I had was AMAZING!!! I love açaí republic so much and I highly recommend the CALI BOWL! There smoothies are also really good too and I love that they have gluten-free options because I am gluten intolerant so I am glad that they had that option. Seriously my favorite!!! For me the reason why they stand out compared to other açaí bowl places is that they add granola to the bottom!!! I love that! Seriously it makes every bite yummy till the end even after finishing up all the yummy toppings. The consistency in the açaí is great too; never watery. I live in riverside so I always try and stop by here when in corona. I will choose this place over any other bowl place in corona every time. If they had one in Riverside it would be my go to! read more
