Tonight I came in with my husband and son. We ordered a strawberries wild and a peanut butter moo'd. The place was packed and only had 1 worker by the name of Victoria. Victoria did AMAZING being in her circumstance. She kindly advised us it was going to be a long wait as she was alone. We understood and let her know we'd take a walk around the area and would come back to ease the pressure she was under. I heard the workers complaining about two roaches in their drain first off second employees super unprofessional, not lively. I'm pretty sure it was the Manager who was just super ugh. I'll be honest, I've been coming to Jamba Juice for years. I know that it's probably just a half-step away from any other sugary drink, but it's fun and I like the experience. This place was like any other Jamba - the service was good and the drinks were tasty. One thing that shocked me as a long-time Jamba guy was that wheat grass shots are no longer freshly made and now come in a bottle. Mind: blown. Not sure how I feel about it yet. We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees. On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time. We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. read more

Just now - Friday May 26 at 12:15 pm - I had the two "dullest" employees ever. Cashier had me repeat my drink order three times, missed my pretzel order twice, then forgot to put it in the oven. After I got my drink I stood there looking at the two girls for five minutes while they talked about Snapchat or something. When she finally looked up I asked if my pretzel was ready. She had to look at the computer to make sure I had ordered one. Good thing I only come here for a smoothie when my wife is sick. read more

Today I went to purchase a smoothie at Jamba juice. Right when I walked through the doors, I felt a great feel negative energy coming from the employees. I ordered the Acai super antioxidant smoothie with some small substitutes to replace the soy milk for oat milk, and the raspberry sherbet with bananas. If I could give it no stars I would. Went here on Saturday since it was a bit hot and placed my order of a classic smoothie. Banana Berry. 3 of them for me and my kids. Turns out they couldn't make them since worker stated they had no bananas and no berries. What a disappointment. Whoever placed the order inventory needs to get replaced or re- trained. This store is forcing managers to schedule minors to work alone. The girl working all by herself was so overwhelmed and was the only employee in the store for 8 hours. We called the manager and we're told to file a complaint. Several stores around this area have had robberies with weapons involved. And the young girl told us she has had incidents where she has been assaulted by customers. It is dangerous for minors to be working alone under these circumstances, and almost all employees at this location are minors. Until this issue is resolved DONT GO TO THIS JAMBA JUICE. read more

I went in yesterday around 4 pm to use a gift card and it took the young man nearly 10 minutes to even greet me - and by greet, he asked if I was there for Door Dash or to order? I was there to order and after seeing the young black woman who did arrive shortly after myself for Door Dash, it was clear then the possible assumption he made. Keep in mind, NO ONE was in the store the entire duration of my visit. Moving on, a woman took my order and made my drinks shortly after he realized his error but I must say. As a big fan of Juice it Up, please do yourself the favor and go there! It is a little ways down, off Ontario Avenue in Corona but it is so worth it. Even Acai Republic just over the freeway bridge by Stater Bros, I'd recommend second before I would EVER return here. This is one of my go to spots, especially in summerrrr. Since this location is conveniently 5 minutes away from my house and close to the movie theatre, Best Buy, Kohl's etc. this have become my favorite one. Everyone is cheerful and friendly when you walk in and so far I haven't had them screwup any of my orders. Ingredients are always fresh (at least they taste fresh lol) and the smoothies and bowls are yummy!! I think once I had some chunks of frozen pineapple in my smoothie bowl, but it wasn't a big deal I just let it defrost before consuming lol I'd take a frozen chunk of fruit over hair in my smoothie/bowl any day! Not much seating so I'd suggest grabbing it to go or walking around the corona crossings and finding a table and chairs to sit at outside. As soon as i walked in I was overwhelmed with the smell of of poop and bleach. I've never ever been in a good establishment that smelled like this. I have social anxiety so after noticing the smell i felt weird walking out and not ordering anything since I was the only person in here and the cashier was already at the register.
