Both of our boys have been there since they were infants, and they absolutely adore their teachers and look forward to going each day. Ms. Ahmed in the infant room is truly exceptional--warm, attentive, and deeply experienced. It's clear how much she loves and cares for the children, and the consistency she brings has meant so much to us over the years. Our school administrator, Ms. Dharti, is equally wonderful. She is highly involved, frequently present in the classrooms, and goes above and beyond to ensure that both teachers and students have everything they need to thrive. Every teacher we have had has been incredible with our boys! What stands out most is the nurturing, supportive environment combined with a strong commitment to Montessori principles. The classrooms are thoughtfully prepared, and there is a genuine emphasis on each child's individual growth--academically, socially, and emotionally. We have seen our boys grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity in ways that have exceeded our expectations. We truly cannot say enough positive things about this school and would wholeheartedly recommend Kripa to any family looking for a caring, high-quality Montessori environment.

We explored other care options in the area, but nothing compared to Guidepost. We found the school to be clean and well maintained, and the curriculum encourages consistent personal and academic growth that sets up our kids for success in and outside of school. Admittedly, there were a few bumps a year ago with the team, but with the recent consistency in the leadership team and the Guides, we have seen our children flourish.

We have been sending both kids here since 2022. Both kids love learning new life skills, which has helped them develop a strong sense of independence and confidence. The art activities allow them to express creativity, and our old child eagerly looks forward to spending time in the gross motor room, where she can play and develop her physical skills. They both started in the nido room under a year old. Now our older daughter is in Children's House with other 3-5 year olds. The dedication and expertise of the Guides at Guidepost Montessori have been instrumental in fostering a love for learning in our children. They are the lifeblood of the school. They work tirelessly from dawn till dusk The school's emphasis on hands-on, child-centered learning has made education both fun and engaging them. We are incredibly grateful for the supportive community and the holistic approach. It's truly a wonderful place for our kids growth and development! Guidepost has been an amazing start in the learning journey for our kids.

Being in this school for 8 years, with an outstanding Elementary program, and a remarkable Middle/High school program (Erdkinder), I couldn't imagine my kids growing up in any other environment or educational approach. With two children enrolled, we've experienced every early childhood level (infant, toddler, and primary) and have consistently had positive experiences. The teachers are exceptional - they truly know each child, honoring their strengths and learning styles while fostering respect and independence in the Montessori tradition. They also partner closely with parents to create a strong, supportive environment. When our son was showing signs of a possible stutter, we worked collaboratively with his teacher and administration to have him evaluated. As his parents, we were ultimately empowered to make the final decision that we thought was best for him. MANH invests heavily in resources and specialists, such as speech therapists, for the children at all age levels. Montessori curriculum is also just incredible overall. Children in Primary (3-6) are learning foundational math, geography, and life skills through joyful, play-based exploration. At age four, our son can name all the continents and can explain early math concepts, as can many of his classmates. There is also an emphasis on social development, helping children grow as caring, respectful members of a community. As a small school, the administration is deeply involved in the daily experience of students and families. Like many educational institutions, there are areas of opportunity such as tuition cost, effective communication, and change management. That said, we've consistently seen the administration lead with genuine care, always keeping the children's best interest at the center of decisions. Whenever our family has raised concerns, they've been met with openness, respect, and thoughtful consideration. While not every outcome aligns with our preferences, we've always felt welcomed to share feedback and be part of a collaborative, respectful dialogue. MANH is a school where children are truly seen, supported, and encouraged. Over three years, we've watched ours grow in confidence, curiosity, and compassion. We're so grateful to be part of this community and can't imagine a better foundation for our kids.
