Had the best experience I've ever had at a service center. The staff was exceptional, especially the service manager, and the experienced mechanics they have are "bar none". STAY AWAY!!!!!! Pt.1 Today June 24th, my daughter went to the store needing a new battery and to have her brakes looked at. Her brakes were good and did not need to be touched. However, when it came to her battery they hooked the terminals up backwards and blew a fuse killing her back up camera. They also broke her speedometer glass, I guess attempting to fix the fuse. (I was not present as I live in another region) Anyway it is a total mess and then they had to close up shop leaving her with all these needed repairs. So, tomorrow she will be asking them to reimburse her for her repairs and then take it to Toyota (it is a 2013 RAV4) to be fixed. I will report back tomorrow what they choose to do. read more

We love this Goodyear. The employees are really nice, explain what your car needs and work quickly. It's our go to place for tires, you can't beat the road hazard protection and the free flat repair. I also love getting tires on the Goodyear credit card so my rebate doubles. read more

Honest, knowledgable people. Had a leak develop in rubber transmission line to cooler. Looked horrible traveling as smoke poured out from behind the car on interstate. That said, had it towed in and they diagnosed it quickly, replaced the chafed line, added correct fluid, test drove it and pronounced car fine, no damaged to tranny (mainly because I stopped as soon as I saw smoke and didn't run tranny dry). Cost? $172. They could have jacked up price as this was late on a Saturday afternoon. I was basically stranded and at their mercy. Can't say enough good words to tell how impressed I was with their quality of work, speed, efficiency, honesty, and above all professional, ethical conduct. read more

I've been going here off and on for years with my foreign cars. Most recently with my Odyssey that had been running rough and the emergency brake stuck a couple times after releasing it. I was fully expecting $1000 repair. Nope--replaces two tires--1 with a busted belt. Double checked the parking break and alignment at my request--all good. Honest & reliable. read more

When I got the flyer in the mail about the summer rebate I ordered tires online and called the store to see if I could get in sooner than scheduled. The store manager gave me a Saturday appointment, two days earlier! I asked him to text me when they were ready so I could walk around while waiting. He texted me faster than expected. I liked the tables with outlets and free wifi. Definitely an easy, pleasant experience. read more

This is definitely my go to service center for auto repairs! I like my Goodyear tires as well! I appreciate being able to get service and warranty work nationwide - no matter what the problem! Went there because of antifreeze leak which was clearly coming from a hole in my radiator. They charged me for an antifreeze pressure check to "make sure" it was coming from that hole. Afterwards they said I need to replace the radiator. My total bill for the radiator and pressure check was $397 which is ridiculously high considering the part is $180. After everything was said and done and I got my car back, I went home and checked everything. They spilled antifreeze all over my spotless engine and there is still an antifreeze leak. I have not gone back yet but I plan do plan to in order to make sure they fix the problem. read more

Super terrific AWESOME! I was traveling cross country and my wheel bearings needed to be repacked with grease. The shop we stopped at before said we needed new bearings on front left and possibly right. They quoted $400 for the work. Good year looked at bearings and just repacked both for $100. My van is driving great, thanks for the great service and great price. read more
