He even had food in a cooler... They 'Dave- I believe' told him he couldn't get anything. He had to pay cash, cause they don't deal with the insurance companies. So we left and had our ins company call them the following Monday, spoke with a female and she told them, that's not true. So ins paid & it did get released. And we had it towed to a different shop. So now we know- Won't ever use them again! And the owner only defends them selves, in all the negative reviews. I wonder how much gets pocketed from their employees.

Second truck broke down. Third truck got caught at a major wreck. So, three and a half hours later Jerry with triple J came to my rescue and towed me to the next small town that was about 20 minutes away. The tire shop that was open didn't have my size tire. So 7:30 pm and out of options. Jerry called his buddy back at the first town we broke down. He had the tires and had been off and home for two hours. He met us back at the shop another 30 minutes away. Jerry didn't charge me more money for the hassle and I got the tire and back on the road six hours later. Small town people are awesome. For some sketchy reason, they only accept cash, although they have stickers showing that they accept all kinds of cards.
