we were stuck on i40, 20 miles from west memphis with a 2nd flat. pulling a 40 ft camper. on a saturday night. these guys came out with a roll back and a tow truck and pulled both vehicles 14 miles to the campground. took truck to company and worked on it monday norning. fixing a line that was broke due to tire tearing up and replaced all tires on truck. (not taking any chances.) kept us updated on repairs. great guys, professional, very friendly. great company. any help near forest city arkansas call them!!!! read more

They had to get a star to complete the review But I would NOT recommend them. My son had an accident on a Sat 3 1/2 hours away from home, while traveling through and they towed his truck to their location. When he went to get his things out of his truck the same day. He even had food in a cooler... They 'Dave- I believe' told him he couldn't get anything. He had to pay cash, cause they don't deal with the insurance companies. So we left and had our ins company call them the following Monday, spoke with a female and she told them, that's not true. So ins paid & it did get released. And we had it towed to a different shop. So now we know- Won't ever use them again! And the owner only defends them selves, in all the negative reviews. I wonder how much gets pocketed from their employees. read more

My car broke down on i40 tonight, Cookie answered the phone and got Joe on the way. He was extremely quick and efficient with loading my car on the truck. I was very impressed. He was great conversation in the truck and dropped my car at a nearby shop to be worked on. Thank you White Motor Company. Went there to get a vehicle.... Needed it to be loaded on our truck... was offered a fork on for $120... after a solid 45 minutes... guy finally shows up with the vehicle loaded on a flat bed wrecker... he got immediately angry when I questioned him why I paid for a service and received a totally different service than was provided.... In short... after a argument I realized he had classic little man syndrome... I am sure he was bullied extensively as a young man.... And after my encounter with this most unpleasant person.... I was in an accident on the 40 fwy, in Arkansas. I called he Arkansas Highway Patrol, and they came out. The officer asked if I would like to be towed off the frwy, and "I informed him yes." White Motor Co, Inc was dispatched to tow my car. Upon arrival the gentleman asked "If I had insurance on my car and with who." I responded that I have insurance and with whom. However, that baffled me because he didn't ask how me or my granddaughter was doing. He later asked "If I wanted him to tow my vehicle." I informed him, "that I did and he hitched my car to his truck." After hitching the vehicle, he informed me that it would be $300 cash. I informed him that I didn't carry that kind of cash, but I do have a credit card. He informed me because I was dispatched, they only take cash. I informed him that that didn't make since, everybody take credit cards. I asked him "Was it because of my race or something reason they wasn't trusting me." I asked him to release my vehicle because I didn't carry that kind of cash. He informed me that he couldn't because, legally he had to take me off the freeway and make sure I was parked somewhere safe. I informed him to take me to the nearest place. He suggested a few places and I told him no, because I felt they were being prejudice and was ripping me off. He said he would take me to a Walmart. I informed him that I wanted to speak to his superior, so the owner met with us at a gas station before reaching the Walmart. I never did see the Walmart. The reason was so I could take cash off of my credit to pay him. I had him to call the hwy patrol so I could verify, that they didn't take credit cards. I was informed that that decision was solely on the company. He took me to a grocery store parking lot McDonald's at 2409 N Washington St in Forrest Cy, AR 72335. I do want it to me known, that the driver was nice. I just didn't appreciate the discriminatory rules cash only and rate of charging. I would like to say thank you to David for coming to my rescue when the tire blew out on my Mercedes C400. AAA said they would be able to be there for at least two hours and David was there in an hour. It was pretty scary breaking down in the middle of know where but David made me feel very comfortable about leaving my car with him. He was very professional. I called back later in the evening because I could not locate my computer bag and he reassured me that it was in the car. read more

I got stuck in this depressing sh*thole of a town when my car broke down while I was driving through. I paid $110 for an 8 mile tow! They were nice, although a little weird, that's why they get two stars, but it's a total rip off. They also charged me extra to pay with a credit card. This city apparently has one homeless guy, and don't you know that we ran into him trying to find a place to eat. read more

I live in this town and have never been charge more than $50 for a tow AND a ride home. Love those guys.
