I have Kaiser & I was able to take my daughter to Accelerated Urgent Care to be treated, it's nice to know that they accept Kaiser along with other very well known health insurances. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end & I LOVE the fact that we have the option to check in online, the facility was very clean and the wait time was maybe about 15 minutes nothing compared to Kaiser wait times! Arrived at 8:30pm on 05-02-25 was told need to immediately begin a round of antibiotics and said needed to pick it up at a 24 hour pharmacy and I wad told to go to Walgreens. WELL Walgreens did not get the order and Accelerated closed at 9:00am. I called today and was told the location of Pharmacy was changed in system but Provider meaning Nurse Practioner sent it to wrong Pharmacy!!! Whole day wasted BEWARE!!! Terrible experience! Unprofessional and no quality of care. I went here for 2 separate issues, a cold and injury. I was told by the front desk that they can only see me for one condition per visit. I let them know that in the past this was not the case. I asked to see a company policy about this and they were not able to find one. So I ask for an email address to contact corporate about this matter and I emailed them. I choose to be seen for my injury I waited in the room for 45 min and finally the PA comes in. I ask why is it taking so long and she said it was because of a new AI charting platform was causing delays and she apologized. The X Ray tech was great and professional but the poor care I received from the prescriber with lack of an examination and telling me to just follow up with my pcp because there are no broken bones and it must be something else. No sling or support was to one only ibuprofen. The one star is for the x-ray tech. read more

You know this and yet, you have done absolutely nothing to improve customer/patient experience. There is a lack of service, sincerity and respect for human life. This place is horrible. Drove across town about 20 mins because I was told by the urgent care near my home that this location takes my insurance. This location closes at 9pm I showed up at 840pm all to be told we stopped taking walk ins at 830pm. Come on now you got to be kidding me. Worse urgent care in Chino. The first time I took my daughter there we arrived 10 mins before they open (we checked the hours online before heading over). We waited the 10 minutes, went to the door- locked. So we waited an additional 15 minutes. They never opened. This should have been my sign to not return. But I gave it another shot. I get there with my daughter and the lady at the front says "oh we are closing for lunch soon, so come back at 1pm." I say "oh- ok, but she's here for a UTI and drank a bunch of water before we came- is it ok if she does the urine sample now and then we come back at 1pm?" She tells us yes. Daughter does the urine sample... we leave... come back at 1. Walk-in in to a new woman behind the desk. I tell her that we were in earlier and left a sample . She says "oh- well, we are closed. You'll have to come back at 130." I say "oh- the previous person said to come back at 1pm." The lady responds with "well- the doctors schedule changed." I say "ok, is it ok if we wait here (door was unlocked and we just walked right in). She says "no- you can't. We are closed." We waited in the car until 130. Come back to a FULL room of people (who were clearly there before 130... waiting in the waiting room). I ask her "ok- we've already done the sample... are all of these people ahead of us to be seen?" And she says "yes. They are because they all checked in and you haven't." Ridiculous. I walked right out and went to another facility- was there for all of 5 mins and was cared for adequately. Clearly the quality of care and customer service at Accelerated facility is garbage. I will never go back. Save yourself time and choose another facility. read more

Worst urgent care ever had us wait for close to two hours only to inform us that there was no X-ray tech when we told them we came in for a wrist injury. Total lack of consideration for other people's time and pain. If we would have known that there was no one on staff could perform X-ray on broken hand we would have never come. The front is really nice but the minus 2 stars are due to the actual physical exam and diagnosis . First visit was for my baby who was misdiagnosed. This urgent care told me the fever my baby had was due to an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. 2 days after being seen there we followed up with her PCP who told us there was no ear infection and actually she had rubella . Second visit was for me , I twisted my ankle and this is the only urgent care I found with X-rays . While yes I did get my results , I never got any recommendations or discharge paperwork except was verbally told to use crutches and stay off my foot. I've never had an injury like this so I wouldn't know if I need to follow up with someone or how long would I be injured like this. Yes this is a nice place to go to as it's fairly new, but Im not sure if I would return unless it's absolutely my last option. Perks are that they are pretty quick to get you in. read more

Never given my results. Had to ask the MA while she was pushing us out the door and she said that it's in her discharge packet never said what was wrong with her. The provider never came back to tell us what was wrong with my daughter. Never explained what meds she was getting. This was totally rude and unprofessional. Very upset with this treatment. We were concerned my daughter fractured her arm the evening before 4th of July. Most of the urgent cares in our area where already closed so we drove to Chino Valley and it was packed. While I waited in line, my mom called Accelerated. They said they could treat her and there was no wait. I was doubtful but I got out of line and we headed over. It was like night and day. We were warmly greeted by both ladies at the front desk and they even offered an ice pack for my daughter while I filled out the intake form. They helped me fill them out ASAP so she could be seen right away. There was no line just like they said and there was one gentleman in the waiting room who had a cough and when he saw us come in he moved to the opposite side of the room. The entire facility including the waiting area is super clean. The have a TV in the lobby for the kids. The sweet lady who took her vitals was so kind and gentle. I believe Maria took our x-rays and she was also so sweet and gentle. They made a CD with our X-rays for us to take home. I didn't catch our dr's name but he was so wonderful with the best bedside manner as he explained everything to us and made a splint and sling for my daughter. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to encourage us and make sure we had a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Their closing time was 9pm and we arrived at 8:40pm the night before a holiday and we were given such kind and thorough treatment. I hope we never have to go back to urgent care ever again but for anyone that does I recommend you try here first. As we walked to our car, the kind lady that took her vitals was already in the parking lot fixing to go home and she even took the time to wish us the best. Wasted 3 hours for this doctor who didn't even Introduce himself to instill fear into my friend basically making her afraid she's gonna die has a breakdown in my car, didn't even check her tonsils or mouth after telling them she has a history of tonsil issues, that she just has a swollen lymph node and they're "more of a bandaid doctor". So I went to chino valley in the er and they checked her and told her it's her teeth she needed them pulled that's why it caused her the issues. 3 fucking hours didn't do your job and the fucken hospital figured it out in under an hour, 40 minutes to be exact. We will be filing a grievance with the insurance. The ER said very incompetent and should not be practicing. Completely terrible. read more

This place was fantastic for an urgent care I was so impressed!!!!!! From check in to testing to xray to attention by the doctor we were in and out even though we came in unexpected. We went to an urgent care before this that didn't take care of the issue, their X-ray machine is broken and we were there for hours!!! I don't understand the purpose of an appointment if there's a 45+ minute delay just getting your vitals taken. They make you pay first- clearly a way to get you to stay. I would've left. The reason to be at accelerated uc is to get seen within a timely manner. They're turning away all the walk ins and still can't manage with what few customers they even had coming in. If I could give this place a negative rating I would!! I went in with a spider bite, swollen leg, red patch on my calf, my calf was hot to the touch and in pain...only to be told to put cold compression and put aloe vera. That there was nothing wrong but to do as instructed and put on an ointment as well. Less than 10 hours later I ended up in the ER. Those doctors laughed when I showed them recommendations that I had received earlier that same day! 2 er visits, 2 pcp appointments and 2 visits to a specialist I am finally feeling better! I was traveling for work and was feeling under the weather with a cough and wanted to make sure I was ok. I was familiar with the brand because of their multiple locations around the state. I had a choice between booking a telemedicine visit online or being seen in person. The staff and doctor were amazing and very professional. The facility was extremely clean all state of the art. This is hands down the worst urgent care I have ever been to. The staff was friendly during my THREE different visits in an attempt to get my child an x-ray. But unfortunately, their communication policies are lacking. They currently have one x-ray tech who arrives in the late afternoon. When I made my original 3:00pm appointment, I was not informed that they did not have an x-ray tech at that time. When we arrived, I was told we could come back at 4:30 when the tech arrived. So we did. We waited 1.5 hours. Finally the doctor came in and said the wait for an x-ray was 1-2 hours. We could not wait longer, so we left. I called the next day before returning to see if there was a back log of x-rays from the day. The receptionist said she didn't know, but that we should plan on arriving sooner rather than later because it gets busier later. So I made another appointment, and we arrived at 6pm. This time I was told that my child could not have an x-ray until they collected a urine sample. (Even though my son went there just 2 months ago for an ankle x-ray and did not have to give a urine sample!) My daughter agreed and gave the urine sample. We then waited nearly an hour for the doctor to come in and say the wait for an x-ray would be 1-2 hours. We left. I understand there are emergencies and other people waiting. That's not my frustration. My frustration is when I asked them why I was not told of the wait when I made the first appointment and then when I called before returning the next day, I was told that their policy states that they cannot give that information out. They can't tell you if there is a wait for x-rays or anything like that. Thank goodness there are other urgent care facilities to choose from because i will not be returning there. read more

No offense to the staff as I'm sure they're trying, however this place seems untrained and needs a manager controlling the flow of business. I brought my friend here last night at 8PM and was told they weren't taking any more walk-in patients. I understand this because they likely had a lot of patients and wouldn't be able to see us by 9PM, which is when they close. They offered to make us an appointment for the next morning, which we declined. We did change our mind when we came home and I ended up calling and scheduled an appointment for 8:07AM the following morning, which was the soonest available. We get to the clinic around 8:05 AM the next morning but the doors are locked. We noticed there were some people in their cars parked next to the entrance who were chatting and seemed like they worked there. However, nobody approached us at the front door. Someone else then approached at the front after talking to the people who were in their cars a few minutes later. She goes to tell us that the office staff the night prior locked the keys in the clinic and they have to wait for a locksmith to open the door. She said that it could possibly take a few hours and recommended going to a different clinic. I informed her that we had an appointment and she stated that we could try coming back later but it might still be a wait because they take walk ins before appointments? The whole situation was very strange - I don't understand how their nobody on their staff doesn't have a key or why the staff didn't explain the situation when we first walked up. It just seemed very unprofessional, especially how the staff member mentioned our appointment wouldn't be honored. read more

I chose to go to Accelerated Urgent care vs. Kaiser Ontario Urgent Care because of my health plan it is cheaper this way. Accelerated will charge me $65 copay plus I will get like a $250 bill in the mail that was not coveted by my insurance. Better than my $1,500 bill I have received in the past from Kaiser Urgent care for my children. Mind you Accelerated will charge Kaiser about $500 for this visit.Yesterday was a game changer for me at Accelerated Chino. My son had been coughing every minute for 24hours that is 720 coughs Literally!! Definitely something was wrong. He was lethargic, tired from the strain of coughing, not eating, did not sleep all night, and runny nose. I was upset that Abraham Leung NP having seen my son tested positive for RSV and observing all the above symptoms send us off with over the counter $5 Zyrtec that has absolutely nothing to do with the persistent cough, instead targets allergies. What a lack of knowledge/lack of care for your patient. Mind you all the money that you will be receiving from the insurance. Just so you can write me a prescription for Zyrtec an over the counter med that does not need a prescription. What a loser! and a lack of medical knowledge. Ended up taking my son to Kaiser Urgent Care ( now double the cost for trusting Accelerated in the first place). My medical knowledge did tell me that Zyrtec was not the way to go. My son was able to receive an Albuterol inhaler that he desperately needed and this was the solution, Thank god I did not take the Zyrtec and go home. My son could of ended up with respiratory distress. Despite me calling the office and explaining to medical staff to please ask Abraham to reconsider adding something for his broncho spasms/persistent Q1 minute cough he responded he absolute would not. So if your trying to pay Accelerated Urgent care about $750 dollars for a visit so Abraham can give you some $5 Zyrtec make sure you call first and make sure his there. I will make sure I call first to make sure his not there next time, what a waste of time and lack of medical care. read more

Even though I have come here a few times, I'd say the quality of care has gone down substantially. My most recent visit with Nurse Janet Cruz was utter garbage. She's an argumentative woman who wanted to downplay every symptom I had even though I felt very sick she didn't really wanna help me out. Also if you come with two issues, they won't see you because they make up some nonsense that they can only see one issue. Dr. Janet Cruz is the worst doctor argumentative unprofessional no bedside manner and also I feel as though she's racist I would totally avoid this place. read more
