Mark from Blind Connection answered the phone right away and set up an appointment with me. The other 2 companies needed to take my name and call me back; it took 3 days for 1 of the other to return my call and the other one returned my call but was so rude, I decided not to pursue them. Mark came by the house and was very patient listening to what I was needed. He had many samples and was very knowledgeable about his products. I settled on Hunter Douglas because I liked the quality. A few weeks later the blinds came in and he came back to install them as well! I like that I was dealing with the same person from phone, to appointment, to ordering and finally the installation. He did a fantastic job for my family and I will be using him again in the future.

Service took less than one minute--this must be a gold mine for them. Be aware they may have guarantees but you pay a fortune for help--very simple help. Well that same day I had another company come out and quote me and I was quoted 6k! I was like oh wow, maybe I can't afford to cover these doors. So Budget Blinds called me the next day, and I said hey, I don't think I can afford blinds. She had me explain what I was looking for and she said, "I'm pretty sure we can beat that." So I was like cool, come on out. They sent Ryan out, who I believe is also the owner, and he was very nice, patient, not salesmenny and understood what I was wanting and pointed me to the exact blinds I picked out earlier with the other group. His quote came in at $2900. Wow! So I was a little nervous there had to be a catch or that install would be terrible. 4 weeks later, the installer comes. I can't remember his name, but he was the nicest kid, and he did an amazing job, asked me to take a look in the middle of the project to make sure I was happy. It was just a really great install. I am extremely pleased with the quality and look of the blinds, and I will use them again when I need more windows covered! P.S. They all love dogs! And my dogs loved them which is a great sign to me!

He is honest, informative patient experienced and in my opiinion was made to be a shade contractor. He is all of those things and more. My wife was loosing her sight and we called his company. We needed some one who was going to help us with our problems and he did muuh more than we expected. He was about half done in our living room whem my wife noticed a bit of light that was bothering her, we did not say anything because he did everything that he said he was going to do. As everyone says, Bill and Linda are total professionals. It was so easy to schedule them. Linda showed me options and helped me choose what I liked best, and Bill handled the measurements.
