Chris was extremely responsive from estimate to installation. Our windows are no longer being manufactured and replacement parts are difficult to find. Chris kept me appraised on the the status of the replacement parts and quickly scheduled installation when they became available. Installation was handled efficiently and all work areas were protected and cleaned after completion of repair. I received a copy of the invoice and proof of payment electronically before they left our home, impressive! I'm so happy we chose them, we will not go to anyone else for home projects! They spent a good amount of time for the estimate. We needed a full gut rehab of the main level bathroom plus the stacks and water lines run up to the attic for a future attic bathroom install. Matthew and Stanley were 1 of 2 contractors who considered the whole picture, and they came in at almost half the price of their competitor. Work ethic is on point. They were here at 8am every day and gone by 5pm. Everything was clean and organized after each work day. They taped everything so we didn't get dust in the rest of the house. The project was done timely, even though we had quite a few snags (rusted pipes, painted original woodwork, etc). They even called their woodworking guy to make me a custom vanity! Piter, the plumber, is incredibly skilled and an all around nice guy. As soon as they started, we asked them to help with a basement bar project. Electrical and plumbing were completed simultaneously while they were working on the bathroom. These guys are licensed, insured AND give you a 1 year guarantee on all labor! None of the other bids offered that. Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and all around good guys. Get a quote, I promise you won't be disappointed.
