I've spent thousands of dollars there. She was condescending and authoritative. Over 20 years I've experienced some less than stellar Ace mishaps but haven't said anything. David Ziegler, you should be ashamed of the rigidity of your manager. Will be purchasing paint at Sherwin Williams in FRG or Home Depot. No use in paying a premium dollar for store location.

I always use Sherwin Willams paint but now I'll never go anywhere else he was amazing. After that at least 2 people have called and left voicemails trying to get a hold of me to rectify this (I've been horrible about returning calls so I haven't done it and had forgotten about it until just now). I'm leaving the 5 star update because not only did they monitor the feedback left on here but they tried very diligently to get a hold of me to see what they could do to make it right. It's a paint studio where you can paint boards and decor for birthday parties, events, etc., and it's a little home decor shop in the back, as well. It's an intimate space, and the employee here was SO personable, easy to talk to, helpful, and funny! She answered any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about their products and services. They seriously have the cutest home decor and little trinkets, candles, jewelry, etc. When I came in, they had some fall stuff out already, and I 100% will be back once their whole fall line comes out. The merchandise that they sell, I haven't seen at other stores! Definitely a very unique and original shop. Products here were all reasonably priced, as well. They have limited hours (11-5) six days out of the week, I believe, so definitely check before coming to Brush. Overall, I will definitely be back at this dainty local shop!

I was upset at the amount and they said 'it's already mixed' so I felt like I had to take it. The guy said well if you don't open one, we'll take it back. Went yesterday to return (5 gallon bucket = $300) and they said come back this morning when the manager is in. Lugged the bucket in today and the manager is 'off today'. The assist manager, who was there when I purchased originally, said they won't take it back. Contradicts what I was told first and second day. Now I'm out $300+ with paint that I won't use. I would have bought in smaller increments had I known that cost upfront. I would caution buying paint there and don't trit's their estimate. I was sold 50% more paint than I actually needed (there is still 1-2 gallons in the first 5 gallon bucket, I didn't even use 1 whole bucket worrh). They're just trying to sell you the most expensive paint. ASK FOR THE PRICE before they mix it for you. Won't shop here ever again. Horrible experience from start to finish. I did ask for the manager to call me, but I haven't heard back yet.

We had trouble locating a trim color and the team took the time of review our purchases and was able to find what we needed. They also helped when I made the mistake and were very accommodating. I asked the store associate and was told to purchase that item I had to scan the barcode on the display, buy it online, and go up to the service desk. Someone will go unlock the cage and I'll get my item. Piece of cake? Sounds simple right, nope. I did everything the employee told me to place the order, and headed to the service desk to pick up. No issues with placing the order. Immediately, the woman at the desk told me there's a 2 hour wait on online pickups. I explained to her that I'm a person standing in front of her, that came to the store, and not a person shopping online. I WENT online, yes, to order the item, as your associate said I had to per your system. Nobody told me - not the associate or the sign I scanned - that there could be up to a 2 hour wait. How is anybody supposed to know that who's in the STORE purchasing items? I'm not online. If you want to lock things up for security reasons, KEEP TRACK OF THEM. When somebody is buying something in your store, physically, in person, you cannot say they are an online order that has to wait 2 hours. It doesn't help that I have severe anxiety, and was shopping at 6am so I could get off the roads ASAP and get home before morning traffic got bad. I finally got my item after waiting about a half hour for multiple people to check multiple cages, top stock - all kinds of places were checked. This security system has existed my entire 42 year life. You take the paper ticket for the expensive items up to the desk where you wait a couple minutes and they grab it from the secure area. That's the system, simple, been in place since at least the 80s. Why can't you figure it out here in 2026?
