Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. The inspection was brief and the technician was professional and incredibly clear and precise about the issue. He was honest in sharing that it would take a few days, up to two weeks for parts to arrive. A week later I received a call from the central office and my technician was scheduled for the next day. Both the washer and dryer were 25 years old but worked well--until yesterday. I tried fixing the dryer without success. I Yelped and discovered Matthews Appliance. Winning. Sent a text and within 2 hours Monny arrived with tools and parts in hand. After an hour not only was the dryer functioning, the washer was also repaired even though I didn't know the top part of the agitator didn't work. These older machines run circles around the newer expensive models that break down often after just a few years. For now I'll keep these golden oldies! Looking for someone to steer you right?
