This place unprofessional repair phone. I bring my iPhone there to fixed without not working. They didn't do anything not working At all they just cost me $58 for sitting there. Cliff notes version Owner is an asshole who only cares about money not his customers. I got my screen "repaired" about a week ago and it somehow developed a minor crack two days later. I didn't drop it, squeeze it or do anything that would normally cause a crack. I read the warranty and it said it doesn't cover physical damage. Since it was literally two days later I figured there was good chance that they'd fix it out of good faith. I called and asked about it and was told I could get a measly $10 off a whole new repair($215 after tax). I went today in person to ask again. The owner rudely told me the same thing. I politely walked away and waited for customers to show up so I could explain to them that they should use a different location because the owner of this one is just an ass. Some customers did come by and I waited for them to leave the store to talk to them(you pay after). The owner followed me out there and asked if I had a problem with him, obviously I did. He proceeded to argue with me in front of the customers and capped of the conversation by telling me he'd call the police(again I was outside). The police did show up and were very understanding and respectful. They understood that the owner was just being a jerk but they did have to give me a notice of trespass, as they should have and I figured they would. I talked to them about where I was allowed to be and the owner was hearing this. He said he'd call the property manager and have her trespass me from the whole strip mall. We'll see how it plays out but the point of this is just to say if you are considering doing business with this guy just don't. If you want to use CPR there are two other franchises very close(the Arboretum and Indian Trail locations). read more

Had my screen changed out , 190 was a fair price , took about an hour . Two days later I notice the screen moves in and out . Took it back , left it again . The gentleman said he seen the problem and fixed it .Three days later doing same this again. Kinda leave a bad taste in your mouth after consecutive trips . Would not recommend them ! The owner reached out saying it was under warranty . I took it to another cpr location to find out they broke the case the screen was in and tried to glue it . I'm guessing gluing is part of the warranty process after they knew it was broken . Bad business read more

Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed! I took my iPad in to have the screen replaced. The owner checked everything and said that the LCD was fine and the iPad would be ready in an hour. I went back and collected it and everything seemed to be working. When I got home I attempted to put the iPad into the case which I had always used on it. Just pressing on the screen to fit the iPad into the case completely messed up the LCD. The following morning I took it back to tell them what had happened. The owner wasn't there and so the employee informed me that damage to the LCD was not covered under the warranty is the screen and that it was caused by some trauma. I explained to him what had happened and he was immediately defensive and got a bad attitude just saying well there's nothing we can do you signed the waiver saying everything was working and that it would be $149 to fix it. I asked him for the owners number, I asked him to call the owner, I asked him to explain what could have caused the LCD to get messed up simply by fitting it into a case, I asked him to speak to another employee and I asked him when the owner would be back in. He refused to answer any of my questions. He told me he was the only one there (which wasn't true because when I went to my car another employee came out front). He told me he wouldn't call the owner and that he wouldn't "disclose" to me when the owner would be back. After taking the iPad elsewhere to have it checked they found that a piece of glass had been left inside when replacing the glass which had in turn damaged a wire and messed up the LCD when we pressed down on the screen. In the end I had to pay the $149 to have it fixed but was just happy not to give CPR another cent! read more

Cracked my iPhone screen protector and Apple Watch screen protector (different times) that I purchased from zagg. It seems that CPR is the only organization in the Charlotte metro that contracts with zagg replacements so I checked them out. They were able to replace my screens without an issue. I subtracted a star because their price for a replacement is about $10 more than a zagg kiosk and my phone screen had air trapped behind the glass. read more

Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Went in to fix a crack on an iPhone X. Was originally about 180 without taxes. Took them an hour to do repairs. When I came back to get phone I noticed a bunch of scratches and indentations near the top and bottom of screen on metal frame of phone. I asked the gentleman who was there for the checkout why is it scratched and he got worried and said "idk man I didn't fix this phone". He called for the other worker who fixed it what happened and he said "it was the tools I used to pull the screen up probably." And walked away with the phone to the back and I assume who is the "owner/manager" came around and was immediately defensive. He stated that we came to get a cracked screen fix and he was unaware of the phone was previously damaged and we were blaming them for something that wasn't their fault. I stopped him before I could continue to hear his annoyed attitude with me, that his employee admitted it was his fault for the damages and his demeanor changed to "I guess I'll have to give you a discount or order you a non Apple product to replace the metal frame". He seemed to have no remorse for damaging a product and also had a smug look and attitude to match the horrible customer service. After the discounts I ended up paying 160. Wish I could give no stars. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service provided. I took my (Huawei) phone in with a cracked screen and was told they could fix it, but they needed to order the part to do so. When it arrived the following week, I took my phone in for the 1-hour servicing needed to change the screen. After 1 hour, I was asked to wait another 15 minutes - then asked to return 2 hours later. An hour later I receive an email saying the cellular antenna was damaged during the repair, meaning no more calls and no internet access beyond Wi-Fi zones. They offered to fix it but informed me they couldn't get the part until the following week - once I had left town. Now I am going out of the country with a phone that has a cracked screen, damaged cellular antenna and to top it off, now the sound is no longer working (it seems the cellular antenna wasn't the only thing damaged). I can't help but wonder who on earth was working on my phone to damage it this badly. I'm not sure if my phone is repairable at this stage, and how much it would cost to do so. If these folks were hesitant about working on a Huawei, I would much rather have been informed the minute I showed them my phone, especially since the store manager himself saw my phone and assured me they could repair it. I regret not going elsewhere and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake I made. read more
