Oh boy... where do I even start?…read more I had a mirror I picked up a couple of years ago--great quality, originally from a dresser--however it didn't speak to my space and ultimately, I was on the verge of parting ways with it. Unexpectedly, I thought up a project to salvage the mirror while adding character to my space and needed to remove the mirror from its frame. This felt risky to do on my own. After searching for frame shops, I came across Eco Framing and gave them a call. Eric answered and immediately said he'd be happy to help. They treated my project with care, removed the frame from the mirror for me and wrapped it safely so I could take it home to continue the next steps. I was welcomed back when it was ready to be framed again. The turnaround was quick--just a couple of days--and I was thrilled with the final result. This team truly helped bring my vision to life. Devondre did what they couldn't due in 15 minutes and I gladly paid $600 for this one special piece. Nonetheless, each and every time I'm incredibly amazed at the quality of the print because they're beautifully done. Now that's great service!!!

This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). All in all, I am so pleased with the team at In and Out Printing Service and highly recommend them!

This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.
