Moreover, I have been to 3 framers for a very special custom piece and never went through with the order because of poor designs and awful customer service. Devondre did what they couldn't due in 15 minutes and I gladly paid $600 for this one special piece. Started using them forever ago for their special Fillmore poster frames. Staff is really good at Pete's and they are quite knowledgeable on concert poster art which is a passion of mine. I try to use them as much as possible for other sizes now up to 24x36. I get compliments on my frames all the time. Give them a try - you will love it and the pricing is more reasonable for both precut and custom pieces than others I have used in the past.

The owner's tone, body language, and lack of basic courtesy made it very clear that I was not wanted as a customer. As a person of color, this experience felt racially charged. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a framing shop--or any shop, for that matter. I left without getting help and will not be returning. I hope the owner reflects on how they treat customers and understands how damaging experiences like this can be.
