I came to this location simply to print two documents from my email. There were about three staff…read moremembers working, and not one person greeted me when I walked through the door. I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.
