April 29, 2026 - Installers came out to hang the blinds BUT noticed that ALL the valences and some parts were missing. They informed the company and said they had to come out again to finish the job. I also called the consultant and the company when nothing was done after a month. I was told the parts were "in transit." My bedroom windows and wall art had to be covered with paper since the sun coming in made the bedroom too hot--and privacy was an issue. May 14, 2026 - One of the slats on the new blinds fell off by itself! I had only used it a couple of times since installation. I called Tafoya contractors to see if someone could fix it on Monday June 8, 2026 at 10:00. No answer. June 2026 - Several times now, I was told that the missing parts are "in transit." Unfortunately, I have already paid almost $3,600 and it is months later--still don't know when the parts to complete my blinds will arrive. In the past 20 years, I have always ordered from 3 Day Blinds when I needed window coverings.... Maybe the company should rename themselves : Three Months or More Blinds.
