He is quick to respond, keeps the hassle to a minimum, accommodates me when I have to do most of the business via email, and we get great rates with all the discounts-- good driver, multi-vehicle, long term customer, etc. I have always had great customer service with Viadero insurance, even when David hasn't been available, but we all have favorites. Diane is also very hands on and proactive keeping an eye on both coverage and rates, making sure all of our needs are met. (I guess you get what you pay for) It was so difficult to get anyone on the phone or obtain any quotes online. It was starting to get very frustrating, but thankfully I came across Hee Lang with Farmers. Hee Lang got back to me right away and was so detailed and thorough with his follow ups. He really walked me through each policy helping me to understand exactly what each of the coverages meant. I was thankful that there are people out there who still value customer service. In the end Farmers was more expensive, but knowing that I would have an actual physical agent that I can call and help me with my policies (I think) is worth it. The professionalism provided in this office is non-existent, I have been called "dude" on multiple occasions which I find disrespectful while handling business.
