I called and left a message, and before long my call was returned. That phone call led me to Keith Crenshaw. From the very beginning, Keith made me feel like I was talking to a longtime friend. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. At the time, I was under a lot of stress. My wife was in a rehabilitation facility recovering from a fractured thoracic spine, and I had only about a week and a half to find a bed that would make it easier for her to get in and out of bed when she returned home. Keith listened to my situation and told me, "They're trying to charge far more than you need to pay." He then took the time to research options for me.
