In addition, she provides excellent customer service. Recently, I went to a local Home Depot to get two copies of keys. The only reason I went was the convenient location. When I came home to try them out, both keys were incorrectly cut. Brought them back for a refund. Of course, I headed right out to Bob Fraser's to get copies. (Which I should've done in the first place.) When I came home, the keys fit correctly. The 2 keys came to $6.40. (The 2 keys at Home Depot were over $8.00).
