Donna is an excellent and thorough Dental Hygienist with decades of experience. They have the most up to date equipment and take great care of you when you are in their chair. I have never had a problem with their billing practices and they are up front about costs and insurance coverage. While help only has 1 other person who rated Dental Excellence and had a negative experience, you can see from Google's 4.9/5 user rating that this is an anomaly. They truly are excellent.

When it comes to pain management during a procedure they make sure you're comfortable before proceeding with any work. They also have a great relationship with reputable orthodontists and oral surgeons so you know their referrals are excellent. The front desk is so efficient. Never a long wait to check in or check out. Scheduling appointments are easy and they always find a way to work with your needs. Pricing is reasonable with and without insurance. We found this out when one of our kids aged out of our dental insurance. There's a value plan for existing patients. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I was happily surprised when Sarah called me back and invited me in. Dr. Reuss squeezed me in on a very busy morning and treated my problem immediately in the most conservative fashion. I have to wait a couple weeks now to see if he has resolved the problem, but I will say it does feel better already. Seems to be a dentist who will listen and then act reasonably.
