On our last trip (arrive at MCO on 2/26/2026) our Delta flight was delayed 5x. The 4.45 pm scheduled arrival ended up being 2.30 in the morning. They tracked the delay the entire time, emailed me that they were tracking, and everything was flawless. We met the driver at the luggage carousel at 2.45 am, and he was pleasant and helpful. Access line transportation was the best possible ground transfer we could use on our trip to Disney World. I was able to make a reservation and an agent arranged for a vehicle to meet our needs. I was also able to pre pay the whole round trip before leaving home. They are pricey but for top notch quality we got superior service. The night before we departed I got a text from our driver Jonathan reconfirming our arrival. He met us at the airport, helped us with our bags, and saw us safely to the Polynesian Resort. He gave us lots of tips as far as what we could do during our visit. Likewise Christine, texted us this am to let us know when she would arrive at the resort to pick us up. She called me upon arrival and helped us with our bags to the SUV for us to ride. What's nice is that the vehicle does have charging stations in the back seat which you definitely need when you just came off of a flight. Food is not permitted for you to eat on the vehicle but we could drink our bottled water. The cost is broken up into segments and you are given a separate reservation for each segment. The cost includes Florida tolls and you are asked to give a 20% gratuity. Believe me for the service we received they deserved more than 20%. Using Access line transportation saved us lots of money on a rental car which we did not need. They also offer service to Port Canaveral if you are going on a cruise. Used to get family of four from MCO to Port Canaveral for a RCI cruise. Arranged online, returned rental car after 2 days in Orlando to MCO. Waited at arrivals luggage carousel area for driver. Arrived on time and surprised us by parking in private drive behind carousels, rather than in public drive with shuttle buses. Chevy Tahoe which fit well wth 2 lg suitcase, 4 rolling bags and back packs. Driver was friendly and courteous, no speeding or risky driving. Took an hour and he dropped us off right in front of the luggage handlers who loaded right into their luggage racks for boarding. Could not ask for better. Will use when in area. read more

Found access line transportation on Yelp so, decided to try them since we have 10 people going to Florida and we needed round trip transportation to and from the airport to universal resort. Once We got off the plane, I already got a message from Ray and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim area with my name on it. He helped us with our luggage and was very friendly. He even stop by Publix so, we can pick up some items before heading to the resort. Our ride back from universal to the airport, I already receive a text from the company with the driver information and his phone# and the time he will be at the resort to pick us a few hours before the pick up time. By 3pm, we were outside the resort and I called William (our driver) and he was already waiting for us in the van. He greeted us and helped us with our luggage. He also have the two toddler seats I've requested installed in the van as well. The drive was quick and we got to the airport on time for our flight. We came back to Orlando to do Universal Parks and WDW again and used ALT for our airport transfers again because they gave us such great service the last time we visited. We arrived on 3/1/18 at around 4:00PM, the driver ( I think his name was Carlos) was there waiting and was very clean cut and courteous, pulled our bags and took us for the grocery stop. The car was super clean, and comfortable, it made the end of our 15 hour travel time very pleasant. We were dropped off at the Portofino Hotel and picked up the the Swan Hotel when we returned. Our return pick up was on 3/11/18 at 4:30AM, just when Daylight Savings took effect...made things confusing. But Carlo (not the same as Carlos) gave us a text to let us know he was there to pick us up at 4:00, nice touch, knowing we may have overslept. He again was well dressed and clean cut. The car was also spotless. He made the trip back to the airport very pleasant and was very chatty nice way of making the trip to the airport pass quickly. If we go back again to Orlando we will definitely use ALT again and recommend to our friends too! read more

Access Line Transportation was amazing. What you want out of a transportation company is reliability, and Access Line did a great job of that. We used them for three different trips during our vacation in Florida, going from MCO Airport to the Port Canaveral Cruise Port, then from the Cruise Port to Universal Studios, and then from our hotel at Universal back to MCO Airport. Every time the driver was on time or early, had a smile on their face, and a very pleasant attitude. We have two kids and they brought the proper car seats (boosters in our case, but they had full car seats available as well) for all of the rides exactly as we requested. They also went above and beyond. We dropped an airpod on one of our trips and it got stuck underneath one of the rear seats in an impossible to reach place. The driver stayed with us for a solid 20 minutes trying to get it out from under the seat, which none of us were able to do unfortunately, but the driver did more than I ever expected. Later that day back at their office they removed the seat and retrieved the airpod. They texted us about it, and then returned it to us on a future ride we had with them. AMAZING customer service. I hired them to transport my entire family , 4 adults, 3 young children who needed car seats. We needed transportation to Port Canaveral from the art of animation and then from Port Canaveral to a nearby airport hotel. The driver was very interesting to talk to. I'm a travel agent and used this company to transport a wedding party to and from a Carnival cruise. The ride to the cruise was fine, the driver was on time, they loaded and unloaded bags and got us to port in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the return was terrible. The driver was 40 minutes late even though we had impressed upon them the need for early arrival. As a result, 8 of our cruisers missed their flights. Nor did the driver offer any assistance with removing our bags from underneath our bus. When I requested compensation for my client, all they offered was a $100.00 refund. My advise is to look a little further if you need to get from Orlando to Port Canaveral. read more

After reading all the great reviews on TripAdvisor & double checking on Yelp I decided to go with Access Line transportation. I called & spoke to Juan who was very nice over the phone. We decided to go with the SUV since I had to bring my wheelchair due to a recent broken ankle. He gave us a military discount which was a plus. On arrival we were delayed for an additional hour going around in circles in the air due to bad weather. Luckily when booking then they ask you for your flight information so they know when you arrive on time or are delayed. We finally arrived an hour late & as soon as we landed I had a text from our driver Jonathan welcoming us to Orlando & telling me to text him when we arrived to baggage claim where he met us. He was very friendly & answered all our questions about the parks. Gave us suggestions on food & drinks which was a plus. On our way back we received a text from Trey. He arrived 15 minutes early. A big plus since there was traffic on our way to the airport. He was also very nice & got us to the airport with plenty of time to check in & buy food. Juan Upegui and our designated driver for the entirety of our time were fabulous. We used ALT 3 times during our stay in Orlando. 1st was from our Hotel to Port Canaveral to catch a cruise ship. We arranged ALT for a pick up after the cruise came back to port to drop us off at our hotel in Universal Studios, and finally a few days after that we used ALT to drive us to the airport. Each time ALT showed up before the specified time and we got a text from them telling us our driver has arrived. We had 4 people and 4 suitcases with a few carry-ons and back packs. Our ride to and from Port Canaveral we booked the SUV which was very comfortable. Carlos who drove our 1st leg was dressed nicely, the car was clean in and out, and he was very hospitable standing out by the car when we came out of the hotel so we knew who was waiting for us. Jonathan was our driver who picked us up at port. We didn't know exactly what time we would disembark because of the number of people coming off the ship, but he was there at the agreed time and was waiting for us in the pick up area, again well dressed, car clean and meeting us by his car so we knew who to go to. We used a Lincoln from our hotel to the airport to see if we would fit, and that was just fine too. (Maybe we should have used that for the cruise portion, but the SUV with the 3rd row seat gave us more room) William picked us up at the hotel, this is my only nit pick. Like the others it would have been nice if he was out by the car so I know what car was picking us up as there were many cars in the porte cochere....and they were all black. William was sitting inside the car on his phone, not a big deal but would have been easier if I didn't have to go and ask other drivers if they were from ALT. All of the drivers assisted with our luggage and we gave our gratuity to each of them directly instead of charging it on our cc through the company and I think they preferred that. Finally, when setting up the reservation we spoke to Maria and she was patient, professional and followed up with a confirmation e-mail of our itinerary. Overall a good experience, don't underestimate your transportation as an integral part of your travel. read more

I spoke with the owner Mr. Juan F Upegui and he was very professional and accommodating to our transportation needs from Embassy Suites (Orlando Airport) to the Port Canaveral cruise port - Royal Caribbean.
