His girlfriend could hardly walk because she was so sick. They went above and beyond to take care of her and deal with our anxiety of worrying about his girlfriend and finding our way there. They don't deal with insurance because they are a small practice, but give you everything you need to file with your insurance company. I was actually shocked that the bill was only $300! We saved hours by not going to the emergency room, got better treatment and just felt very grateful to find this place.

I was told that when the main lab received them and they could not read my name or did not have my date of birth they would throw them away, apparently without contacting me.
