In both cases the therapists tried a variety of exercises and pieces of exercise equipment to strengthen muscles to improve mobility with less pain. I was also reminded to continue to do these exercises at home to keep progressing and now that I've completed my time there to, at least, remain at this level. After the exercise time there was always the favorite end process of heat therapy followed by message of the affected area. The entire staff were professional and pleasant.
