Went on a recommendation from a tire shop for an alignment and was VERY PLEASED w the service I…read morereceived. I had went later in the evening and was informed that the techs had went to lunch was given the option to wait or comeback and I'd be first in line. Decided to wait and not even 5 minutes later he let me know they had actually came back and were ready for me. They let me know the price of the alignment and informed me it could be a bit more expensive if they have to do something w my sensors so it was nice to know that beforehand. The highlight really was when the Technician informed me that while my tire looked okay from the outside once he lifted the vehicle up, he cannot do the alignment. He showed me my tire (which was really bad on the inside) and said he couldn't do it and explained how tires can blow up and was kinda shocked my hadn't. He informed me that I needed a different tire to complete the work. He wasn't pushy on the fact that a used one wasn't in my budget and they didn't sell those but instead let me know if some shops up and down the road that could help me! Went got my new/used tire came back for my alignment and was squared away in less than 30 minutes. Great experience for me as I've never gotten an alignment or been turned away from getting service they were very helpful and in the end I found a great shop!
