We have been customers for many years. Went to the store to return a tow hitch and ball that had been only "used" once to lower a trailer onto it. Did not tow with it. Labels were still on both the ball and the hitch. Fuller would not restock it or return it. Ridiculous. I left it at the store as I have no use for it. I'm sure they will resell it to somebody else as a blem. read more

Had to pay them a visit again because a couple days after the pet screen installation my window spontaneously shattered when I shut it!!! I called on a Monday but Will wasn't working but the gentleman on the phone said he'd leave a message for Will about the window. Will got back to me the next day and asked me to bring it in. I brought it back and Will checked it and said he didn't see anything that could've broken it. I ordered the lid for my truck 6 weeks ago. They told me it would take about a week to get it in. Took them 6 weeks. Came in this morning for the install that was to take 1-1.5 hours. I've been here for over 3 hours, and they're still not sure when they will be done. 40 minutes ago, they told me maybe 15 more minutes. Can't leave because they have my truck. Can't stay because I have an afternoon appointment I need to get to. Won't be back. read more

Wow, I bought my Leer retractable bed cover 4 months ago. While moving some heavy cargo, the cargo shifted during hard breaking and smashed into the cover moving it forward about 2". I figured the cover was totaled, but when I showed it to Fuller they were able to reset it. It took about 45 minutes and at NO CHARGE. It works great again. That's amazing strength by the cover and incredible custom service by Fuller. Thanks guys ! read more

After that they were rude to me like it was my fault saying it came in that way when i had my truck over 2 years. I then asked to speak to the manager. Working on resolving and issue with this place. POOR customer service - they tell you whatever they think will work on you to get your credit card. Paid $$$$$ for a snug top. Waited nearly a month for an install date and it's the wrong top. They SAID they could change it out in their shop and it would be perfect - wrong!!!!! Went back a second time, at the appointment time they set, and the windows were NOT touched. Their half assed excuse was that "A BIG JOB" came in and they didn't have time to correct it. Oh, OK that makes me feel so much better - not! Hours and hours we waited. Finally when lunch time approached, the counter girl said we'd be finished in about 10 minutes, but she was going to lunch, so we needed to pay and do the paperwork now. We were so sick of waiting, we went along with it. Problems with the top: the right side doesn't close correctly, so if in rain/snow or when washing the truck, it will leak. Installer forced it to close and bent the latch. They actually gave us 3 different keys, you know, for the 3 different sides. Uh, it should only have 1 key - what a pain in the ass this is!! If and when they fix this problem, I think they will have to replace the whole window, repositioning it. I think that means extra holes will be in the fiberglass. Also, they neglected to give us the parts for the ladder rack on top of the shell. So far we've driven 320 miles going back and forth for this sub-standard customer service. Shop around, you can find better!!!! read more
