I had a great experience. The owners are super nice and make you feel very welcome. They have anything you need for the most up to date phones. You name it, they got it- from phone cases all the way to selfie sticks. I came in to the store because I broke my LED on my cell. Unlike many other stores, you drop your phone off and have to wait until the next day to pick it up. They had my phone ready for me in one hour! Very little time for wait. I appreciated it very much considering time is very precious. After it was fixed, my phone worked as if it was brand new. Also, it was a very reasonable price. Apple has quoted to fix my whole display for $360.. And that wasn't really including the battery that was supposably damaged. I went here and paid $220 which includes - the whole display, screen, shield, and the battery. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only problem. Once everything was fixed, we realized my phone had a software malfunction. I then had to take my phone to Apple and luckily they swapped it out. If it wasn't for this place.. My phone would still be cracked along with software going bad. Apple wouldn't have swapped it with a bad screen.. Nonetheless, they did an amazing job! I mean, the whole display, magnetic field. And new battery-for $220 with OEM Apple parts-you can't beat that! For those of you guys who complain about customer service, I KNOW customer service and upselling... I used to have to provide "excellent" customer service so I know it when I see and experience it! This place should be rated like 6-7 starts out of 5! -fast but efficient work -excellent customer service -very CLEAN AND ORGANIZED place (who wants to look at products that are just everywhere?) The Accessory Stop told me it would cost $25 to do a diagnosis of my iPhone after I explained that my phone would not boot up past the iPhone logo and that I had already taken it to an Apple approved store and had the battery replaced but the repair tech said they couldn't get it to start either, they also told me the screen was fine and the brand new OEM (Apple) battery checked good. They advised me to get a new phone as they thought the repairs to the to the board would be expensive. I explained all this to the young lady at the counter and she said they would do "diagnostics" on the phone and tell me what was needed. about a half hour later she told me "screen was fine and the brand new battery checked good"..., which is exactly what I told her I already had done! The supervisor Janet called me, apologized and refunded my $25, and let me know they would provide more training to their sales staff about what their services are, and ensure the customer understands! They really do care about the customer service experience. With their attitude..., I will be back when ever I need parts or accessories for my phone. Thank you Janet. read more
