He dropped my case midway, the doctor he refers to is his best friend who ended up not taking me probably because of Allen too. ANYWAYS, I did end up hiring a better lawyer who did 100000x the work and actually dedicated their time to listening my story rather than assuming and ended up relieving a huge problem that Allen even went as far as causing. This whole fiasco ended up months in court and so much unnecessary issues that should not have happened had he handled the case in advance and accordingly. Not only did he provide the wrong documents and photos to the insurance, he also forgot to mention that he does not keep client and attorney information private and that he will intentionally make sure to have your own case work against you and drop you into immense debt. Do yourself a favor and find someone who isn't afraid to stand up to the insurance company for you. If you hire this guy, I promise you he will screw you over. AVOID THIS GUY!

I signed contract to have this law firm handle my slip and fall case at a resturaunt that left me severe ly injured in my back, legs and feet. for almost 2 years i was led to believe that my case was going to court and that trial was imminent. however that was not the case. I recieved a letter of termination of my case from the firm stating that they would not be handleing my case. so i called the firm and asked for all information pertaining to my case evidence, witness statments video you know the stuff that one collects to make a case. Orders for the doctors visit that were made for me by the firm. all that stuff. A week later I recieve a small envelope in the mail that has only the paper work that showed the case had been filed with the courts. Absolutely nothing else. and while going over the paper work i noticed that the case hadnt been filed for a whole year after the accident and that he filed me in pro per with out my knowledge or approval. so he held onto my case not gathering any kind of evidence or video footage or anything then he held onto it for another 7 months doing nothing and finally decides to give me a termination letter. Now i signed a contract that was on a contingency basis and that should we win he would recieve 45 % of the winnings. he sent me to doctors who told him my back was screwed as well as my legs and feet. he totally screwed me on this because he did no gathering of evidence and the resturaunt i slipped in deffinetly records everything so because two years goes by now there is no footage. this was a pretty easy case to do butou have a problem with h for some reason he just shit on me.
