Iman was very understanding, professional, congenial as well as helpful and in my estimation, she deserves credit for the way she handled the matter. Simco is a relatively new management company as of March 2026 that oversees Legacy Gate residents and can honestly state, they are doing an excellent job. He is correct, the only good review here at Yelp is from Yolanda, who works at Unison. As you will find out, Unison (Michael Lazarowich and others) aim to screw you with your deposit. I won't go into details, but they will definitely do it. I rented for 16 years in Calgary, and never had any issues with any property management company, but Unison. Avoid this company at all cost! Additionally, Michael Lazarowich attempted to have me cover the property's repair costs, but thankfully, the building manager defended me and informed me that manipulating situations to make the renters pay for repairs is a common tactic used by Michael Lazarowich. In summary, never use Unison, if you are forced to do it, never let Michael Lazarowich be your property manager.
