What a great 2 bedroom condo for our mini vacation, the location was perfect. Being right on the south side of downtown put us just minutes from the trains, as well as parks and shopping. My wife is a vintage clothing buff, and loved walking through the design district. The condo was clean and modern, and fully equipped with everything you could want, including laundry and a delightful selection of board games, and some thoughtful treats. It kept us warm and cozy for our winter visit, and we will definitely return if we get a chance! read more

Welcome home! Located just steps from 4th Street & has 2 generous bedrooms. Your new home away from home has amazing features such as: premium granite countertops, engineered hardwood (tiled washroom), in-suite laundry, custom shower with body jets and rain shower. Getting around This is a Cars to Go neighborhood at it's best. You'll find cars to use and drop off for other. Renting a car instead or bringing your own? You'll have an electrified parking spot reserved for you. None of that work for you? No worries, you're right off of 4th with plenty of transit available. You'll have all the modern basics in this restful spot. Things like smart TV, Wifi, Hairdryers, and a washer dryer set. Nearby access to dining, transit and entertainment. Not to mention a Starbucks and Earls on the next block. We'll leave you a list of things to do and see in the area. You could even visit Banff!

Meet the Business Owner: Cys B.

I'm a local girl who has lived in every one of the Bronner Family Properties at one time or another. When my parents first moved to Los Angeles, they took up residence with my brothers at our Beverly Glen apartment. I was born there (well, in a hospital really) and lived there until I was 9 months old. Fortunately, I returned to this adorable 1940s building when I returned from college. I grew up a few blocks away, just east of Beverly Glen and lived in the family home until I was 15 then returned there about 12 years ago, now I'm in another family home a few blocks the other direction - we don't go far! Sometimes, we go a bit farther... Dave and I are proud to open up our new Calgary vacation home, just blocks from the river; soooo pretty. As a long time Airbnb guest, I am thrilled to now be a host. Within first 3 months of moving there i found roaches. Last 5 months the place was infested on 4…read moreseparate occassions with bed bugs. Landlord stopped responding. I ended up with thousands of dollars worth of damage and moving costs, but did recieve my full damage deposit same day. It looks like a great aoartment, but dont be fooled like me, 1 unit os already condemned by AHS. Soon there will be other units like mine. Run fast, its a pests heaven.
