I brought my 2015 Charger to Robert here at Accurate Alignment and Break Co. at the recommendation of my boss. My brakes were squealing/grinding pretty badly due to my own negligence. So I dropped it off a late friday afternoon. Robert let me know he would get it handled right away and get back to me. I heard from him the next morning and my car was ready for pick up. The car has never braked so well. It's better than when I first got the car from Dodge. He found the best course of action rather than just throw new parts at it and charge me an arm and a leg. It saved me a ton of money, and he was fast and courteous on top of it. I recommend all my friends, family, and anyone who mentions having brake/alignment problems at work or in the world now. I made my last car payment the day before thanksgiving and on my way home from work my breaks started grinding I was recommended to Robert on Friday morning so I called him and he said if I bring it in the next half hour he would do them. I am a single woman and this was my first issue with my car since I bought it so I was a little stressed. I never use Yelp but I thought I should in this case . I took my car in to get alignment done because one front tire was bald . I got new tires and I didn't want this to happen again so I thought it needed to be aligned.The owner did an evaluation on my alignment and told me that it was perfectly aligned and it didn't need anything. He didn't charge me anything . Wow , what an honest mechanic . I highly recommend Accurate alignment if you're looking for an honest mechanic . He is in Lakeside but that's only 30 minutes from downtown and worth the drive . read more

Extremely horrible customer service. Was running a few minutes late and kept him updated on my status and was extremely rude when I showed up. Also, ripped the money from my hands, since he was in such a rush to leave. On a positive note, my vehicle sounds/runs better. But I will be taking my business elsewhere. Absolute best when it comes to alignment. Robert is an all-around great guy and explained to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. He owns and operates his own business and has been doing mechanical work his whole life. He didn't try to up-sell anything and got right down to the point. Went to Robert at Accurate to get a second opinion because True Alignment told me I needed Bushings ($850) on my newer car. Thats very usual for a newer car especially since the car is hardely driven. All that was wrong was a bad tire. Thank Goodness. read more

If it was not for the fact that they specifically reference the name of the owner, I would assume that they were praising the wrong place. I was very disappointed by the experience. The owner also did not honor the Yelp discount (previously) posted above. I showed him the discount on my phone and he said "I don't know what that is." I found this place when I picked up my brother when he left his truck off for front end repairs. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty so I then had him look at issues on my Excursion and F150 truck and I was happy with his diagnoses. I was hell bent on replacing my front end parts and he showed me that they were working properly and did not need replacing. My family has been using Accurate Alignment & Brake for decades. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my brakes, alignment, tires and front-end work. Robert is more than fair with his pricing and NEVER tries to sell you something that isn't needed. At times, he will alert you to something and tell you "when" he should take another look for a possible repair. My brothers and I have recommended Robert to many of our friends and acquaintances over the years and everyone has been very pleased with the work and value piricing. Regarding Robert not honoring a price... that has never occurred and often he doesn't charge anything when he really should! Robert always sticks to his pricing, however, if you ask for an alignment and you need new shocks, struts and/or other items fixed first, then he won't do the alignment because it won't take.
