He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We will never do business here again.

Well there I was vacationing at Silver Lake when the boat decided to not run. After digging for a…read morewhile it was decided that the fuel filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. NAPA was closed so I started shopping at the other stores with less of an obscure part selection. When I called Caden (sp?) and described that I needed the carbureted fuel filter for a '70 Oldsmobile 442 with the 455 he didn't do what I expected. I expected questions that are usually indicative that these are not "car people." But not Caden! He jumped right thought the computer he'd announced that he had the filter! I was thrilled, and only had half an hour left to get there . It would be close! As I was getting into the truck my phone rang and it was Cayden. Not believing the computer, he went to check stock and found that it wasn't there! The computer inventory was wrong! 99% of people would have let it go and let me know if/when I showed up. Not Caden!
