No wonder there slogan is "Quality is our product. Service is how we do it." The staff was very welcoming and had no problem that I had just a small box of parts that needed to be done. (a lot of other plating companies treat the smaller orders poorly, due to the lack of business they receive from the customer) Great Lakes has defiantly earned my business and I will be back in another 6 months.

So I'm letting the matter go and forgiving Keltin. Maybe he has other financial constraints that are going on and his taling advantage was because he was in a tight spot, it doesn't make it right, but I am suppose to be understanding as a Christian so I am forgiving this moving on.

(That happened twice) I get that we are just small potatoes to them, but it's business and just shows you only care about the all mighty dollar.
