Well there I was vacationing at Silver Lake when the boat decided to not run. After digging for a…read morewhile it was decided that the fuel filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. NAPA was closed so I started shopping at the other stores with less of an obscure part selection. When I called Caden (sp?) and described that I needed the carbureted fuel filter for a '70 Oldsmobile 442 with the 455 he didn't do what I expected. I expected questions that are usually indicative that these are not "car people." But not Caden! He jumped right thought the computer he'd announced that he had the filter! I was thrilled, and only had half an hour left to get there . It would be close! As I was getting into the truck my phone rang and it was Cayden. Not believing the computer, he went to check stock and found that it wasn't there! The computer inventory was wrong! 99% of people would have let it go and let me know if/when I showed up. Not Caden! He dug into the phone log to find my number and called me! Now THAT'S customer service.

When he…read morearrived with a flat bed my jeep really wasn't going easily on the ramp because of steering issues & a locked up emergency brake. Sean never got frustrated and worked tirelessly, in pouring rain the whole time to get the car on trailer. When we got to the dealership it REALLY WAS A WORKOUT for him, still in pouring rain got it off trailer after a half hour and smart thinking on Sean's part!! OUTSTANDING GUY and his dedication to get this car where it needed to be!!!! Most tow truck drivers would've been frustrated and at wits end! He was friendly, making some tough decisions but, never stopped smiling!! All the resistance of the car and what he went through, it added a lot of time to his job but, he kept on trying and did it without a frustrations!! THANK YOU SEAN!!
