The sales rep was very professional (Victor Martinez) we had gone with him one day to ask about the service since I was planning on switching carriers he helped me understand what we were being offered, so we decided to tell him we would go back with him since mall was closing, and sure an enough we did came back a different day asked for him, and he was excellent very knowledgeable about the service being provided as well and the product that was being sold. I can honestly say from one guest representative to an other he really went above and beyond to ensure we were very happy and understanding before walking out facility and after. Today Victor M helped me in getting a new phone, prior to going in I couldn't decide whether to get a iPhone 12 Pro or IPhone 12 Pro Max. I ended up getting a pro max due to it being the ideal size for me. The one thing I greatly appreciated was that he pulled up a rough quote of what my bill will be now due to my new phone, which let me make the right decision today! As well as he made sure to get all my content transferred over before I left to make sure that there was no risk of losing my information from the phone. Finding a patient, trustworthy person when dealing with cellular plans is like finding a mechanic you can trust. Daniel Luna was beyond helpful and patient. I stopped in the store to pick up my phone, so he wasn't even the person who made commission from the sale of my plan or phone purchase. But, he spent several hours with me while my phone information was being transferred. He explained features of my phone and products that could be used in conjunction with the phone, but never tried to push me into buying anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to update their phone or looking for a new phone plan. read more
