When I first called, the gentleman was very informative and seemed helpful. He said he would drive by my house and take a look from the street and let me know what he thought. True to his word, he did exactly that. I received a text message from him asking if I happened to have any of the shingles that could be used for the repair job. I didn't, and replied to him informing him of that. He said he would check and see if he has the correct ones then get back to me. He never contacted me again. I have since contacted another company.
