Dave and his crew at Accurate was recommended by a friend in the auto repair business, after an accident where the front driver's side corner of my car was damaged. Headlight dangling, shards of metal and plastic all over. I spoke to Dave on a Monday, a flatbed truck appeared at my house on Tuesday, and Dave handled all the paperwork with my insurance company. Dave delivered the car to me yesterday, and it looks brand new. Colors match, everything aligned nicely, even my radio stations and garage door opener settings work the way they always did. Over the past several years, I've brought 3 family cars to Accurate. One was a black Mercedes S class, a white Sorrento and just picked up my black Maserati Quattroporte this morning. Factory paint on those not easy to match, especially the Mercedes and Mas. Finished product was perfect. Past negative personal attacks make no sense to me. Owner a great guy, but most importantly they do excellent work. Drive by the shop and all you see are Range Rovers, Porsche's and Mercedes. What does that tell you??? I've recommended them and will continue to do so! read more

I had a 2018 lexus fixed here. Big mistake. Insurance Paid them for a new $1500 headlight and all they did was glue my old headlight back together and clearcoat it. Needless to say the clear coat is peeling and water gets in the light. The fender is an aftermarket part that doesn't line up correctly. Very poor quality work. Don't waste your time here. I should have checked the yelp reviews before I let this person that was supposedly a friend of my daughter fix my very expensive car. Lesson learned. read more

I am extreamly happy with the work done by Accurate Collision. I have had some small scrapes and dents and some serious body damage to my cars over the years, and I would not go anywhere else. Never seemed bothered when we called to check the progress and when the repairs took longer than expected (and longer than the insurance would pay for the rental car) they offered to cover our rental car costs. Let me make that clear, I didn't have to ask-they just offered. When the car was done the owner had someone pick up the rental and bring my car to my work! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Dealing with these people and the extremely arrogant owner was an absolute nightmare. I should have took the initial advice of the tow truck driver that brought my car there to to go to Peerless auto body across the street. I was involved in a front end collision with my new Mercedes Benz and I went to this place as it is close to my home. I noticed in the past they usually have high end vehicles in their shop so I thought I would give them a try. Long story short, they had my vehicle for a month and a half blaming the long repair time on parts (they did pay for the extended car rental fees). When I finally received my vehicle back, I had to travel the very next day and when I went to place my luggage in the trunk there was a pile of old parts including my old car grill, headlights and other broken parts. After further inspection of the vehicle there was painters tape left on the inside of the door frame and paint specs all over the windows and doors including the inside of my car. When I brought the car back to for them to remedy, they owner says that I must have left my car open outside while someone was painting their home. I could not believe what I was hearing. They took care of the issues and I thought that was it, but my check engine light comes on the following day and I had to bring back again. The owner tells me that they did not fill the fluids properly and that is why that happened. They fixed it temporarily to make the light go off then again the light comes back on. One last time I bring my car there and they keep it over night and still could not get the check engine light to go off. I ended up taking my car to Mercedes of Pompano Beach where I received professional, quality service and the check engine issue was resolved. If you are looking for quality auto body repair with professional and timely service, this is not the place. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly or had work done that a 3rd grader could match. Horrible repairs....painted door wrong color, left tape lines everywhere in paint, dent fix is way off, paint peeling, they cut the lining of my trunk to repair rather than removing it, overspray on car, scratched the other side of car causing additional repair, bumper loose, back seat left lose not reattached properly, and paint lines visible everywhere. When I picked up the car, the owner got mad at me for bringing these to his attention. He then stormed off and wrote me a check for the repairs that were done. I will have to pay three times as much to fix what they messed up. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Owner is a world class jerk even when spoken to politely, calmly, and respectfully. He is an embarrassment to himself, his shop, and his employees. The only positive is that the young lady that answers the phones and handles the office is kind. I looked at her as to ask if I was wrong for inquiring about the issues and she said the owner was having a rough week. Come to find out, he is always like this. The manager of this location verbally attacked me and threatened to call the police when I asked for a proper invoice. I left my vehicle at Accurate Collision on a Monday, to be serviced the following date. I left a note inside my vehicle indicating the mileage and amount of gas as of the time I dropped off my car that morning, and explained what the note was to the Accurate Collision employee who took my car keys. That Wednesday, I received a phone call from a person who I believe was the Accurate Collision manager. The caller informed me that my car was ready for pick-up. He first offered, and then INSISTED, to have my vehicle dropped off at my home, saying he was doing me a favor. As he was insisting, I accepted the offer. Accurate Collision is approximately 7 miles from my home. After nearly an hour, I called Accurate Collision back to see if the driver had gotten lost. The manager stated that the drivers know their way around and were not lost, and told me to wait. Approximately 15 minutes later, the driver arrived at my home with my car. I asked him to wait a moment while I checked on my car. I noticed that the mileage had gone up by 12 miles and that my gas was almost gone. I also noticed that the invoice stated "repair" rather than "replacement". I pointed all this out to the driver and decided to go back to Accurate Collision. When I arrived, I asked employee Sarah to give me a detailed invoice. The manager, told Sarah not to give me anything. He then started to verbally attack me for complaining to the driver about the use of mileage and gas in my car and threw $20 in my face. He told me to leave the property or he would call the police. His whole demeanor was extremely aggressive and bullying. I left the money on the desk and left. I parked across the street from Accurate Collision and called the police. When the police officer arrived I explained the situation. I stated to the police officer that I needed a proper written invoice. The police officer went into Accurate Collision and was able to obtain a correct invoice for me. The level of hostility, aggression, and disrespect from the manager over a simple request for a detailed invoice was unacceptable.
